About: DBS checked, animal first aid certified and fully insured. I’ve spent the past year fully immersed in raising and training my own high-energy, working-line Labrador puppy. That experience has sparked a deep passion for working with dogs and understanding what makes them happy, safe, and fulfilled. One of the things I care about most is making sure dogs get what they need, not just a walk, but real engagement. I love using play, training games, and decompression walks, to give dogs both mental and physical stimulation, especially in ways that suit their breed and personality. Whether it’s satisfying a Labrador’s love of retrieving or helping a nervous pup feel secure and seen, I put thought into every interaction. While I’m still gaining experience, I’m reliable, observant, and I’m so passionate about providing the best service I can. I treat every dog in my care as I do my own: with love, respect, and so much enthusiasm. Pet care fits nicely into my weekly routine, and I’m currently available part-time on Mondays, Fridays, and weekends. I keep a flexible schedule on those days, which allows me to give your dog the time and attention they deserve without rushing. While I’m starting with limited availability, I can be flexible when needed. Just reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate you! I’m excited to grow into this role at a pace that allows me to offer the highest quality care. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. At home, we have securely fenced areas at both the front and back of the house, with a grassed space perfect for calm, on-lead playtime and games. Inside, our home is dog-friendly and thoughtfully set up with gated areas to keep pets safe and separate from things like children’s toys or anything that could cause stress or overstimulation. There’s also plenty of space for crates or beds, and I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s usual routine, whether that means crate time, free roaming, or something in between. We do have one resident dog: a friendly, 1-year-old female Labrador (currently unspayed), and a cat who is used to being around dogs. I always take introductions slowly and carefully to ensure everyone feels safe and at ease. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I aim to create a calm, secure, and positive environment where they feel relaxed, respected, and happy.

“Jessica looked after my 5 cats with drop in visits for a week while we were away, I'm always nervous leaving them but this time could relax knowing they were all being looked after and cared for, the daily pictures and video's put my mind at ease. My youngest cat has cerebellar hypoplasia which means he's a little bit wobbly, he manages fine but can miss the litter tray, I use puppy pads in various places, this was no problem at all for Jessica, would highly recommend and would definitely trust her again for my next trip 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

About: I have two cats and one dog of my own, so I truly understand how much pets mean to their families. I grew up with cats and have cared for them my whole life — from playful kittens to older, more independent cats. I also volunteer at a local doggy day care, where I help look after dogs of all breeds and sizes. On top of that, I take my own dog to training classes, so I’m confident handling dogs with different personalities and energy levels. Whether it’s keeping your cats comfortable at home or making sure your dog gets plenty of exercise and fun, I treat every pet like my own — with patience, care, and lots of love. I work full-time for the NHS on a bi-weekly shift pattern, so my schedule stays the same every two weeks. This means I know exactly when I’m available in advance, and I can plan regular or one-off bookings with plenty of notice. I keep my calendar updated so you always know when I’m free for dog walks, cat visits, or last-minute help. My consistent routine means your pet’s care will always be reliable and stress-free. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I have experience handling animals in different environments — from my own home with my two cats and dog, to volunteering at a busy doggy day care. I know how to keep pets calm, secure, and happy, whether we’re out on a walk, playing at home, or just having a quiet cuddle. You can trust that I’ll always follow your instructions exactly — from feeding routines and medication to special quirks that make your pet feel at ease. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages, so you always know how your pet is doing. I understand how important it is to leave your furry family member with someone reliable, caring, and responsible — and I promise to treat them like my own in a safe, loving environment

“Katie came for drop in visits to check on both my dogs whilst I was away and she was fantastic, followed instructions which I left for her and they were both well looked after which put my mind at ease. Would defiantly recommend x”

About: I’ve been caring for others cats and dogs for a few years now but started walking and sitting over the last two years. Many in my village have trusted me to care for both their cats and dogs including household with both. I love animals and have been known to take great care of the animals in the owners absence. I’m currently a full time uni student with time to spare especially at weekends. However I have free time during the week to take your pet out for walks or toilet breaks. In owners homes I have put the pet in a crate over night and managed the areas the pet is allowed to go well. I take great care of your furry family members as well as the home.

“Arianne was fantastic!! Florence was so well looked after and communication and updates from Arianne were brilliant! Thank you so much, will definitely be using you again for our next holiday xx thank you so much!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life—growing up with cats taught me patience and affection, and raising my dog from a puppy through ten wonderful years gave me hands-on experience with training, care, and all the little things that help pets feel safe and loved. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family members, and I’m here to provide that same love and attention while you’re away. As a stay-at-home homebody, my schedule is super flexible, which makes it easy for me to care for pets throughout the day. That said, I do travel often, so advance notice is always appreciated to make sure I’m available. I do my best to accommodate, but a little heads-up helps keep everything running smoothly for everyone—especially your pets! Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I live in a mid-terrace home that’s cozy and well-suited for smaller dogs who feel more comfortable in a calm, contained space. The house has a fully fenced backyard for secure outdoor time, and there’s a front vestibule for added safety when coming and going. While my street is semi-busy (not a main road), it’s important that I’m made aware of any behavioural concerns—like recall issues or door-dashing—so I can take extra precautions. There is a secure gate out front, but the wall is on the lower side, so knowing your pet’s habits in advance really helps ensure everyone stays safe and happy.

About: Hi there! I am a Freelance Artist who works from home so I have the flexibility to do visits everyday and multiple times a day if needed. I am very reliable and honest and will show your cats the love and affection that I show to my own as I believe pets are part of the family. I have a young active Bengal Kitten called Blizzard who is full of energy and I also have a 10 year old tabby called Archie who now loves a cuddle as he is ageing gracefully. Having grown up in a house full of cats I understand the importance of how different cats have different needs to keep them happy and purring. I understand the anxiety around leaving your pets in someone else's care. I have previously tried catteries myself so I know from personal experience how cats prefer being in their own homes. I promise to give your cats the care and attention they deserve and tailor my services to each individual personality. I’m available for up to two visits per day, depending on location. Please contact me if you have need any more information. Hope to hear from you soon! I work from home as a freelance artist so I can be very flexible and it allows me to do multiple visits each day. I also have my own car so I can get around easily. I will show your cat the love and affection I show to my own and will follow any guidelines provided by the owner. Food, water, litter cleaning, medication, playtime and cuddles can all be provided as well as things like pictures and videos if required. Can also tidy up any accumulating mail, leave lights on for you in the house or any other reasonable request.

About: What sets me apart is my personalized and compassionate care. I take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality, routine, and needs—whether it’s giving a shy cat like Lunar extra patience and gentle attention, or making sure playful pets get the exercise and stimulation they crave. I’m experienced with cats of all ages, from energetic kittens to senior cats needing extra care, including administering basic medications and grooming (like brushing sessions that cats love!). I treat every pet as if they were my own, keeping owners updated with photos and notes for peace of mind while they’re away. I’m a remote worker and full-time cat lover with a sweet kitty named Lunar who is 3 years old🖤. Since I work from home, I’m flexible and available for daily visits or longer stays, and I treat every cat like they’re part of my own little furry family 🐾 I offer loving and reliable drop-in visits that include feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and plenty of playtime or cuddles (whichever your kitty prefers!). I’ll send daily photo updates so you can relax knowing your cat is happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I previously had a Pomchi called Sandy who is now 2 years old, we got her from the young age of 9 weeks. From having Sandy, I’ve gained relevant experience in looking after a puppy/dog from puppy training, house training, walks & getting barking under control as much as possible. I also have had cats from a very young age (they live at my mums), I am an absolute animal lover & love taking care of pets, showing affection & love. I would take thorough care of any pet that comes into my care & it would be lovely for Sandy to have a friend as she is forever running around the house with new toys to play with! My dog loves having other pets round the house & so do we. I have a park just down the road where I regularly walk my dog, it’s a spacious park & a lovely walk for myself. Currently working Part Time with a maximum of 18.5 hours per week, I am available Thursday - Sunday full time at home but my dog stays at home Monday - Wednesday and I visit her on my dinner so she isn’t on her own for longer than 3 hours at a time. I have a fenced yard, my dog regularly spends time in the yard running around. At night time, Sandy has access to the living room & kitchen until bed time where she will then come upstairs and is welcome to sleep on the bed if she likes. This will be the same with any pet I look after. Plenty of time to play with your animals, I do work round the corner so can easily pop home on lunch too. I work 3 days a week so 4 days will be spent at home. I can provide a crate for your animal if you would prefer, they will be able to roam the house/yard freely and also can sleep where they like!

About: I've grown up with dogs, and since 2007 have owned my own - I currently have four dogs (and five cats). I have worked as a dog walker for years, and have recently retrained to work as a Dog Training Advisor. I work full time as a self-employed Dog Training Advisor, Canine Behaviourist and Dog Walker. I am available to work Mon-Fri, but do offer some weekend drop-ins, walks and training sessions too. As a Dog Trainer, I take the time to find out about your dog - their likes, needs, age, health, abilities and any behavioural issues. Although I do offer multiple dog walks, this is only ever done after dogs have been assessed for temperament. Dogs are kept on-lead until engagement has been built up, and are never let off lead if it is your request not to do so.

About: Thankyou for viewing my profile! I’m 20 years old, I have 2 years pet care experience that I completed at Myerscough college, however, I have owned pets, particularly dogs my whole life! It is my dream to set up my own dog walking business and be my own boss! I joined rover to earn a little bit of extra money for my family. I hold a full drivers license. Being a dog owner, I know they mean more to us then ‘just pets’. I assure you I will take care of your pet as my own and give them the best experience while they’re with me. I am currently unemployed, as I have a 1 year old daughter who is not yet in nursery. However, I have adequate childcare for her. I am fully flexible Monday-Friday for dog walking, dog sitting, drop ins etc. I have 2 dogs of my own, so your dog would need to be friendly with others, if you wanted to board your dog with me. I have an large enclosed yard, but this is stones/decking, not grass. I also have a young child, so your dog/s must be okay being around children. Preferably I would choose to pet sit/ board animals in the owners home. As the animal will be familiar with is surroundings, and this works better for me with my schedule. I am able to follow any instructions/ commands you leave me for your pet such as feeding times/walks etc.

About: With over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and 10 years for cats, I genuinely enjoy providing attentive care for pets of all ages. I have a special affinity for senior pets, ensuring they receive the love and support they need, including administering medications when required. My flexible services allow me to care for pets in their own home, mine, or during enjoyable walks. I thrive on creating a safe, loving environment where pets feel happy and secure, and I take great joy in building connections with each furry friend. I work from home, which allows me to integrate pet care seamlessly into my daily routine. My life revolves around my two dogs, Jet, a 3-year-old Staffy mix who enjoys daily walks, and Fendi, a 12-week-old Frenchie who is still learning the ropes. I also have two cats, Jinxi and Joy, who keep things lively. Each day starts with morning playtime and a walk for Jet, while Fendi gets plenty of indoor play and socialization. Throughout the day, I take breaks to check on them, ensuring they feel loved and secure. I prioritize feeding schedules and maintain a clean environment, including deep-cleaning litter trays regularly. My passion for animals drives me to create a nurturing atmosphere where all pets feel happy and cared for. As someone new to pet sitting, I am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for pets in my home. I ensure that all areas are pet-proofed and clean, providing a comfortable space where pets can feel at ease. With my two dogs and two cats, I foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages positive interactions. I prioritize following detailed instructions from pet owners to maintain their routines and preferences, which helps pets feel secure. Building trust with both pets and their owners is essential to me, as I want everyone to feel comfortable while I provide attentive care. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where pets receive the love and attention they deserve, giving owners peace of mind while they’re away.

About: i’ve taken care more of neighbours dogs more than my own as i personally have not had puppies however i am experienced in senior dogs and training dogs:) I work part time at the moment but have a very flexible schedule:) I DONT do over night stays eg 8am monday -tuesday 8am ect but i can do overnight sitting eg 8pm mon- 6am tuesday! I do take at least a day before booking times due to that leaving stress out and a day for cancellations as i understand sometimes things happen and im not one to judge:) As i have cats i deep clean their litter very often and constantly make sure they have water in their bowls. Eating is a little tricky due to every cat has different dietary requirements and times but if you have a set schedule this is something i will always follow! I would clean up after myself or if your pet has some disabilities or is senior i will always make sure to clean up after them in case of accidents and do everything i can to prevent this:)

About: PLEASE DO NOT ENQUIRE IF YOUR DOG CANNOT BE AROUND CATS AT ALL. THANK YOU. READ MY PROFILE CAREFULLY BEFORE ENQUIRING. I have been dog walking for 8 months & volunteer for doggy daycare (been there 2 years nearly). I am fully insured & can provide evidence upon request. I am looking to mostly gain experience as well as make some pooches and their owners happy. If you have anymore questions or need more information please don't hesitate to give me a message and I'll try to help in any way I can! Thank you all and looking forward to meeting you all and all the pooches too. Please note that my availability and schedule changes depending on my college timetable. Thanks. I have 4 cats of my own and a 4 year old son named raven. If your dog isn't good with children feel free to let me know & I can see if I can work around that. Weekdays I can only most likely do evenings unless summer holidays, where I will usually have availability all day. However weekends I am available all day. I like stimulating dogs mentally in all sorts of ways, from scent work games to dog treat puzzles, to walks and taking their environment in through scent & playing fetch. I also enjoy taking them places and booking in to dog parks as it gives us some off lead time & training can be involved within this for recall etc. I have a Facebook - Zephyrs Furry Friends which I upload photos on. I also have reviews in my photos from Facebook :) if you do use my services please do leave a review! I am also on PetBacker. If in college I usually upload my timetable & work from that. I’m free all weekend usually every weekend. I have a 6 year old who loves dogs & cats. When I’m off college for the summer holidays I have way more availability than I do in college but I can work my schedule out during college hours and do weekends always. My garden is secure & fenced off. I have a dog crate, dog toys, dog bowls & enrichment activities. I can provide long walks & provide working exercises to keep their minds happy. I enjoy spending time with dogs and I’m always learning new things to then apply to your pooches to mentally stimulate them. If the dog is a chewer, I need to know. If they are & they are crate trained this will not be an issue. However - if they aren’t crate trained & I witness any chewing behaviours on furniture despite mental stimulation & walks & you’re unhappy with a crate trained dog (for their own safety & so they do not chew my walls through etc) then I have to turn them away I’m afraid. Any chasing behaviours of my cats, any growling behaviours towards cat or child & any negative behaviours in general that I deem a health & safety risk to the household I have to turn your dog away I’m afraid.

She goes above and beyond to make sure all of Teddy’s needs are met both physically and mentally, whether it’s a long walk, playtime, or extra affection, Bethany ensures he feels safe, stimulated, and completely loved. “Michaela takes my Labrador Gregory on walks a few times a week. Whenever he sees her coming to the door he jumps for joy knowing he is going out to have the time of his life. When she takes him out he always comes home worn out and ready for some chill time. I love how Michaela really cares for Gregory like he is her own. She always ensures he is dry (I provide the towel) when she brings him home if he has been in the rain or wet grass and she never leaves without giving him a hug at the door. I would recommend Michaela to anyone as she is reliable as has a true passion for animals.”
