“Graeme was very accommodating at short notice due late changes in our plans. He was quick to respond to messages on Rover, which was great, allowing us to make arrangements. We were lucky enough to be able to meet up with Graeme and Skylar at the beach on the morning of the dog sitting. It was great to see the dogs running around together looking relaxed and comfortable with each other. The dogs seemed settled when we dropped them off. Throughout the weekend Graeme sent lots of messages and photos of the dogs when they were out for their walks or snoozing on their beds at home! It was lovely to see them being so well looked after. We would definitely book Graeme again and thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to take care of their dogs. Thank you Graeme”

About: What makes me different from many sitters is that I only welcome one dog at a time (or two from the same family). This way, your pet receives my full attention and care, without the stress of kennels or large groups of dogs. I treat every dog like part of my family – cuddles on the sofa, cosy sleepovers, safe walks, and lots of love included. I also share our home with Lili – our 2-year-old adopted dog who is extremely friendly and loves meeting other dogs. She gets along with everyone, so your pup will always feel welcome. And if any dog ever needs quiet time, I have the option of using two separate gardens, so comfort and safety are never a problem. I have experience with both young, energetic dogs and older, more sensitive ones, so I adapt the routine to your pet’s individual needs. With a safe garden, a dedicated pet room, and plenty of time for play and rest, I make sure your dog feels truly at home. If your dog needs special care – like sticking to medication schedules, calm socialisation, or extra patience – I’m here to provide it with love and understanding. Pet care is part of my daily life. I am currently at home full-time with my young family, which means your dog will always have company and constant care in a warm, family environment. My routine includes morning walks, playtime in the garden, and plenty of cuddles throughout the day. Evenings are relaxed family time, where dogs are welcome to join me on the sofa or sleep in their own cosy space. Because I only take one dog at a time (or two from the same family), I can fully adapt the daily schedule to your pet’s needs. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide constant supervision, a secure home environment, and a fully fenced garden for safe playtime. I only welcome one dog at a time (or two from the same family), which means your pet receives individual attention without the stress of large groups. I hold full pet business insurance for extra peace of mind, so you can be sure your dog is always protected while in my care. Dogs are welcome to relax on the sofa, sleep in their own cosy space, or cuddle up with me – whichever makes them happiest. With a calm, loving routine and plenty of fresh air in our two gardens, I make sure every pup feels safe, loved, and truly at home.

About: I previously worked as a kennel assistant at Lumphanan Pet Hotel, where I was left in charge of the kennels and took care of up to 20 dogs per day, this included walking, feeding, grooming, cuddling and playing with the dogs as well as administering medications. I am a true dog lover who would love to be able to help you out! I currently work Monday-Friday but go offshore on an ad hoc basis. This means I am available on weekends are some weekdays when I am back from offshore and have rest days. I can walk on my lunch break if not far from work in Altens, and I can also walk before or after work (I start at 8am and finish at 4pm). My partner, Adam, who is as much of a dog lover as me, works from home on a Friday. I have a fenced, private garden with grass and live round the corner from Duthie Park, the River Dee, and the Deeside Way where I take myself for daily walks!

“Heather and Thomas were absolutely lovely and did an incredible job of looking after Odin. Odin seemed to really enjoyed his stay there and I have a absolutely 0 complaints at all. Heather is now out go-to boarder should we ever require this service again :)”

“I was a little anxious about leaving my 2 dachshunds with a sitter for the first time however Daisy (and Scott) are a lovely, friendly couple and they have such an obvious love of dogs. They came to the house and met my dogs and they all took to each other immediately!! She even invited me to go to her home where I was able to advise them on stairs and going out in the garden etc. Daisy asked questions about Henry and Bean's routines and quirks and listened intently when I explained their love of blankies and their various idiosyncrasies, as she wanted to make sure that she was giving them a home from home experience. It certainly put my mind at ease! Also, while I was away, she sent me lots of photos, videos and updates and also arranged for the doggos to go on a walk with a fellow dachshund! She was kind enough to collect them from my home (with a vast amount of their 'necessities') and dropped them back home when I got back too. Doggies are home very happy (and tired) and obviously have enjoyed their new adventure. I feel fortunate to have found Daisy and Scott and I feel confident leaving Henry and Bean with them in the future knowing that they will get the love, care and attention they have at home. Thanks guys X”

“Ted had a great day with Carole. Loved lying on her living room rug and don't think he wanted to leave her when Jim picked him up. Ted seemed very relaxed and would definitely ask Carole to look after Ted again 🤗”

About: Over the past 3 years I have taken care of dogs for my family, friends and neighbours for a variation of needs. A short visit to keep an anxious dog company, a quick walk when they are at work or if they have been able to sneek away for a weekend alone. I have catered for all ages all the way from Puppy to your oldies! I also always try and make a genuine connection with all pets, because they really need to feel comfortable with me, and me with them! Some take time to come around and that's ok! I'm a patient one! I am currently a student and part time worker. So evenings and early mornings are perfect! However throughout the day can also be arranged just depends if it cant fit around shifts, lectures, etc. Personally I have a fully secured front and back garden, with high walls and bushes for the jumpy ones! But also no stairs or sudden terrain changes for those with dodgy joints. I also always have water bowls, treats and cuddles available!
