About: I’ve always had a love and passion for animals (even dreaming about being a Vet as a kid). I’ve had many different pets throughout my lifetime from dogs and cats to hamsters and fish. I even have experience with administering medicine and caring for my elderly dog. I’m currently working full time as an education aide in an elementary school, so my availability is mornings/evenings on weekdays and anytime during the day or night on the weekend! About: I’ve always been a pet person- my dad is a veterinarian and we’ve lived with many dogs, cats and other animals throughout the years. I am well versed in caring for dogs of all sizes, as well as cats, reptiles, and backyard chickens. I am a very calm and patient person, and if your pet is on the shyer side, I will take as much time as they need to adjust to me. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I can usually stay with pets for several hours during the day. If I cannot stay for long periods of time, I aim to stop by at least 2-3 times per day to check on everything/let dogs out. When letting dogs out, I closely monitor them, and if the yard allows, I will give them plenty of outside time. If there is a suitable area near your home, I don’t mind driving dogs short distances for walks. My car is fairly small, so I will probably have a limit of 2 medium sized dogs that can fit in it.

If it is a cat(s), I get everything set before I leave the home and make it back at night.
