“So happy I found Karma on here to watch my pup while I'm away! After spending 2 whole weeks struggling to find a sitter that was willing and able to take in a large, unfixed, hyper pitbull on short notice I got a response from Karma and instantly had a good feeling that this one might work out. And work out it did! She was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns promptly. Before meeting Karma I had almost given up hope of finding someone that would not only be able to handle but also appreciate my fur baby and give him lots of love while I was away...I was getting frustrated with time wasted on meeting sitters that didn't read my bio thoroughly and were not knowledgeable or vigilant enough to take on a challenging pup like mine. Then Karma confidently messaged me and convinced me that she was up for the job and that setting up a meet and greet with her would be worth my while. About: I always loved animals. They come second hand in my life. I always take good care of my pets. I have a dog as well I currently delivery drive and I’m also in school. I work once a week and school once a week as well. That is the only time I have a second room and a porch to separate the pets. I have a gate at my dog as well. I have lots of supplies

Julien was very kind and respectful, but I do wish he communicated more. I let him know at drop off and explained in the care notes for our dog that she sometimes resource guards her food, and what to do if that happens. He said he would message if he needed anything, so I assumed all was well when no messages came through. She had some food left in her kennel with her when he left for the store, and when he returned, she was growling and resource guarding. Scary - I get it. I totally understand being afraid to get near her kennel when she’s like that, but I wish he would’ve told us this was happening. We could have talked him through exactly what to do in that situation, but instead she stayed in her kennel for about 24 hours. Again, I totally understand the fear and hesitance, but communication could have prevented her from not being able to eat, drink, or relieve herself for an entire day. She’s been through a lot, and it honestly sucked to find out she had been left like that when we picked her up. I do believe Julien is a very good and responsible person, and he is deserving of trust when caring for animals. Communication is all that he needs to work on, and I trust that he will move differently moving forward.
