About: growing up with a family dog, i’ve always looked forward to our long walks! since i've moved to care for my grandma and can’t have a pet at my current home, i’m looking to be the dedicated adventure buddy your pup deserves! i’m an avid walker who cleans up after your pet and loves exploring local parks and trails. i’m just as comfortable handling a brisk, high-energy trek as i am a slow, 'sniff-heavy' stroll for seniors or four-legged friends who love getting distracted! all sizes welcome: i absolutely love dogs of all sizes, from tiny pups to extra large breeds. if you have a giant dog, you are in safe hands here! being a taller, sturdily built person gives me a natural physical advantage and a grounded presence :) i don't get easily knocked off balance or intimidated by heavy pullers, meaning your big dogs get the steady, confident, and secure handling they need! hot weather: for dog-friendly clients, i am able to provide low-stress trips to uncrowded, pet-friendly stores/facilities for stimulation and enrichment (including a potty break outside before and after, of course!). i am also happy to walk earlier/later in the day to avoid the heat as well! i also enjoy keeping pets company in-home, whether it's playing with toys, using lick mats, or just spending some time together! my growing services & training: i am now certified in dog training, and offer a train & walk bundle if you're interested!! :) my ultimate goal is to become a true one-stop shop for your dogs, so i am also currently working toward learning professional grooming to add to my services soon! because i work evening and overnight shifts, i have guaranteed availability every morning and midday for your dog’s routine. whether you need a recurring daily walker or a same-day visit because you’re running late, i'm local and ready to jump in! my current job is closing in a few months, so i’ll be even more available for your schedule soon :) in public, i use a short-leash grip, stay hyper-aware of our surroundings without distractions like phones/technology of any kind (aside from photos, of course!), and avoid unknown dogs to keep your pup protected. i pride myself on being a trustworthy, punctual communicator, providing frequent photo updates so you’re always in the loop. i am very confident in my ability to kennel/leash pets & i consider myself well-versed in administering medication. i am keen when reading animal stress signals, ensuring your pet feels safe and understood under my care! as of august ive completed my initial dog training certification and continue learning to better my understanding and confidence in dog training :)

I have firsthand experience with the daily care, attention and patience that pets need to thrive. Beyond caring for my own dogs, I volunteer with a local animal shelter for a “Dogs Day Out” program where I take shelter dogs on outside to provide socialization, exercise and enrichment. These experiences alone have strengthened my understanding of dogs with many personalities and needs, allowing me to provide compassionate, attentive, and reliable care for every pet I get to meet. :) I work in the emergency department, so my schedule varies, but my partner and I live together so generally when I am not home he is there, and vice versa. When I’m not at work, I will spend all my time with your pet, taking them on walks, to dog parks, to get pup cups, etc, whatever you as the owner allow or prefer! I have a fenced in yard at my home, so dogs can be off leash to exercise, use the potty, and play time. During their stay in my home, they are welcome to be free roaming, not in crates, unless owners would prefer crates.

Jaina worked with us to have a few (loud) meet and greets with Piper to familiarize herself with her. About: I've been a caregiver for all types if animals my entire life. Helping my aunt on her farm, to having personal furry companions at home to care for. As an adult I now have my own dog that get lots of love and training. I often pet sit for family and friends as they know they can have total trust in me to not only take their pets to the bathroom and feed them, but also to walk, play, train, and love them. I am available immediately! Looking forward to getting to know you and your pets needs. Very flexible open schedule! Not the best early bird in the winter, but summer is a different story and I would be willing to get up the same time as the sun (: I have a yard with long runners attached to my porch so my dog has the ability to run and play freely without worry of running too far off. I never leave the dogs unattended. I also provide special needs for the home as well as pets, ( light cleaning) always leaving your home the way I found it OR BETTER.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was 19. Always brought home strays and have two rescues now. I am offering home visits and will take care of them like they are my own fur babies! Retired with some time on my hands so I have time to help care for your pets while you’re away and I know how important it is to know they’re cared for while you’re not home!
