I also make communication a priority and provide frequent updates, photos, and notes so you always feel connected to your dog while you are away. I work remotely so I am able to offer drop in and dog walking services weekdays before 8:45 AM, during my lunch break most days, and after 4:30 PM. I also have availability most weekends. For select dogs, I may consider overnight or weekday daycare in my own home on a case-by-case basis, dependent on my own dogs getting along with yours and the behavior of your dog(s) - must be house trained and non-destructive. My family currently has a 5 year old German Shephard (Jax) and a 6 year old cat (Scout). I have two teenagers that also share the same love for animals. “Our family loves sending our beagle to Swetha! We were in a pinch and needed to find day care for our pup with separation anxiety and a bit of a rascal side. We sent a list of dates and she replied immediately and said she could accommodate all of them. Pros: 1. Communication - She messages you throughout the day with pictures and videos, and sends a daily report. 2. Pet care - At the meet and greet, you discuss everything your pet needs including meal times, medicines, bathroom breaks, behaviors, etc. She works hard to ensure your pet receives the best care. Our dog is not left alone and gets plenty of attention which he loves. 3. Exercise - She takes our dog outside for bathroom breaks and walks. He also gets plenty of exercise playing with her dog and any other dogs in her care. Our pup comes home tuckered out! Cons: 1. Your dog may not want to leave! I would rate more than 5 stars if possible. She is very friendly, caring, communicative, and accommodating. About: Update June 1, 2026. I have taken a part-time job and right now I can only accept cat drop in requests . Unfortunately I can’t commit to dog walking because of this part-time job unless it’s on the weekend. I am answering as a pet owner. I am hoping to start working as a pet sitter/dog walker soon. As a kid we had birds and hamsters, then graduated to cats when I was about 14. As a young adult I usually had up to 4 cats at the same time. When my kids were in high school, my husband introduced me to dogs by re-homing a dog named Lucy. We still have her. I had never had dogs before but I am so glad I did not say NO to hubby at the time. We have 2 dogs now but no cats. I do miss having cats and hope to again some day. I left my job of 34 years and would love to do something I have been wanting to do for a long time but never got around to. I am happy to care for cats too! At my house we have invisible fence to keep the dogs from leaving the yard, though our younger dog needs to be on a long lead because he is so excitable and cannot always be trusted to stay in the yard. We also have invisible fence inside to keep both dogs out of the kitchen.

About: I grew up with dogs cats and many other animals. Because of that around the age of 10 family and friends would ask me to check in on pets or house sit for a day or two. I deeply enjoy looking after fur babys they are all so unique and beautiful. I currently am looking for employment so I have alot of free time and even then Im looking for part time employment. I deeply enjoy working with animals of all kinds so Im looking to see if this can stay a side hustle. I have experienced walking bigger dogs and even cats! I once stayed at a family friend’s house and took care of their hamsters, chinchillas, cats and dog! So I have a wide range of experience when it comes to caring for pets!
About: I have been caring for dogs for over 13 years, starting at a dog daycare where I attended a dog training school in Colorado. I completed the Master’s Program at Catch Canine Academy and have gained over 5,000 hours of experience training dogs in Northeast Ohio. My expertise includes basic obedience customized to individual families, training police dogs for personal protection, drug detection, and explosives. Currently, I do in home sessions, Board and trains and day trainings in Northeast Ohio, working with pup parents how to have that regular suburban dog. Everything I do is dogs Monday- Sunday. to come let your dog out or play session, training session. Private in home sessions are 1 hour long sessions with as many family members as possible. We go one command at a time learning obedience with treats and also work on the more eye rolling behaviors like jumping, table surfing, barking. While at my home me and the pups are relaxing on the couch. My dog and I are big dog park enthusiasts or going on hikes. I know lot of dogs don't enjoy dog parks which gives me an excuse to go on hikes.
About: I always loved animals. They come second hand in my life. I always take good care of my pets. I have a dog as well I currently delivery drive and I’m also in school. I work once a week and school once a week as well. That is the only time I have a second room and a porch to separate the pets. I have a gate at my dog as well. I have lots of supplies

About: I have a variety of pet experience. Most notably with dogs, I have fostered over 13 dogs in the last several years through Kane's Mission. I am sure to give your dog personalized attention and love and care they deserve! We live in a great walkable community in Shaker Heights. We are happy to take your dog on walks and visits to the park, so they can have a nice vacation too! I can currently adapt to most pet care schedules. I have a flexible schedule from home, and I am here to offer a seamless transition. I have fenced in yard with room to romp around, and I am located in a great walking community with a park nearby.
