I have experience with animals with health issues (i.e diabetic cat) and a dog who has separation anxiety. I also provide care for a senior dog who is 16 years old. I have worked and lived with younger animals (dogs and cats). I work part-time so I would like something that’s more flexible. I’m mostly available on afternoons and evenings but I can also do mornings if discussed. I currently have two animals, a cat and a dog. My dog gets walks as long as weather permits and he gets fed twice a day. He also has plenty of toys and puzzles to stimulate his mind. My cat gets play time throughout the day and is fed every 6-8 hours. I also groom my dog, he gets washed, his teeth brushed and his ears cleaned. My cat is still learning the process of grooming but we are currently trying to get her used to her teeth being brushed.

About: Update June 1, 2026. I have taken a part-time job and right now I can only accept cat drop in requests . Unfortunately I can’t commit to dog walking because of this part-time job unless it’s on the weekend. I am answering as a pet owner. I am hoping to start working as a pet sitter/dog walker soon. As a kid we had birds and hamsters, then graduated to cats when I was about 14. As a young adult I usually had up to 4 cats at the same time. When my kids were in high school, my husband introduced me to dogs by re-homing a dog named Lucy. We still have her. I had never had dogs before but I am so glad I did not say NO to hubby at the time. We have 2 dogs now but no cats. I do miss having cats and hope to again some day. I left my job of 34 years and would love to do something I have been wanting to do for a long time but never got around to. I am happy to care for cats too! At my house we have invisible fence to keep the dogs from leaving the yard, though our younger dog needs to be on a long lead because he is so excitable and cannot always be trusted to stay in the yard. We also have invisible fence inside to keep both dogs out of the kitchen.

I am a practice manager at a vet, so I have lots of experience with animals and have years of sitting experience as well. I am cpr certified. I'm available to take them for a run or cuddle on the couch anything in between!! my schedule is very flexible and I can always switch things around if needed-that is never an issue! About: With over 10 years of pet sitting experience and three years of active use on this app, I bring reliability, care, and expertise to every pet I meet. I pride myself on being friendly, a clear communicator, and easy to work with. Pets are really like people in that they could have any number of personality types. When I've pet-sat in the past, I like to ask for a play date/consultation first so I can get a sense of what their personality is like, and what their needs are. About: I have been caring for dogs for over 13 years, starting at a dog daycare where I attended a dog training school in Colorado. I completed the Master’s Program at Catch Canine Academy and have gained over 5,000 hours of experience training dogs in Northeast Ohio. My expertise includes basic obedience customized to individual families, training police dogs for personal protection, drug detection, and explosives. Currently, I do in home sessions, Board and trains and day trainings in Northeast Ohio, working with pup parents how to have that regular suburban dog. Everything I do is dogs Monday- Sunday. to come let your dog out or play session, training session. Private in home sessions are 1 hour long sessions with as many family members as possible. We go one command at a time learning obedience with treats and also work on the more eye rolling behaviors like jumping, table surfing, barking. While at my home me and the pups are relaxing on the couch. My dog and I are big dog park enthusiasts or going on hikes. I know lot of dogs don't enjoy dog parks which gives me an excuse to go on hikes.

About: I always loved animals. They come second hand in my life. I always take good care of my pets. I have a dog as well I currently delivery drive and I’m also in school. I work once a week and school once a week as well. That is the only time I have a second room and a porch to separate the pets. I have a gate at my dog as well. I have lots of supplies

“Christine is by far the best person you can trust with your furrchild. My husband and I went on our first vacation and were super nervous to leave our 8 month old diabetic puppy anywhere since most boarding facilities are not 24 hour operated. I knew I would stress the entire time if our puppy would be alright. There was a chance her sugar would drop and there would be no staff at the facility. I found Christine and knew instantly she was the perfect fit! Right off the bat she was on the floor loving on our pup who instantly returned the love too. She loved meeting new puppy friends and had Christine's sweet kids to love her too! Christine was able to check my pups sugar and give her insulin also and was super comfortable with learning which helped my anxiety a ton also! While we were away we got adorable pictures and updates that helped our vacation go smooth! I can't thank you enough Christine and family!!!!”
