Nikki was just simply the best! She was incredibly attentive, gave frequent updates and pictures (awesome pictures), and checked in often which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We never once worried about our dogs or our home. She kept everything clean and tidy, and truly went above and beyond in every way. One of our dogs is very shy around new people, and she was so patient and kind that he completely warmed up to her. It was clear she genuinely cared for them like they were her own.
