About: I have had pets personally and cared for friends & neighbors pets for several years. My partner and I’s sweet fur baby Tito passed away this past September and I am looking to be around pets without the commitment of pet-parenthood again quite yet! I am self-employed with a non-traditional job so I have plenty of weekday and evening flexibility! My family lives in Richmond area so I also do not typically travel around holidays. I will treat your fur baby like my own and hope to give them some comfort and love so you can do what’s important to you outside the home.

Madelaine was wonderful from the start! Very easy to communicate with and prompt responses throughout the stay. It usually takes our pups about 24 hours to warm up to new people so we were pleasantly surprised when they were approaching and licking her immediately after she arrived for the meet and greet. It was such a relief to know they were being taken care of while we were away. And although they were certainly happy to see us when we got back, the greeting was much calmer than in the past. I think it was really good for them to be in their home environment and their reaction to us today is a testament to the good care and company Madelaine provided. Cannot thank her enough!
Thanks again to Drew! He was easy going, communicative and Rocco was happy and his normal self when we got home. We left in kind of a hurry so thankful to Drew for being flexible with maybe not the perfectly put together house situation and it was neater when we got home than when we left. We will definitely book Drew again.
Allison is a terrific person to take care of a house and pets. Good communication, willing to bend as needed. She pet-sat during the single month when my long-haired dog sheds constantly. We have to be vigilant with cleaning the house to keep up with it. She left the house super clean. I felt like a real adult was taking my place. She's not the type who will accept a job, then change her mind and leave you stranded. She's responsible, a person who could manage any situation as well as could be expected, and is up for what comes her way. Allison kept up with our flight arrivals and offered to stay an extra night if we experienced cancelations. She visited first and I showed her the routine which is just so helpful. All good!
Charisma was wonderful with Asher. She was very prompt, checked-in with me on how he was eating, and sent plenty of photos. I booked a house sit and I loved knowing that Asher could stay in familiar surroundings and that I could fully trust her to care for him without any worry while I was away.

Caring for a senior dog requires extra attentiveness, and Jamie is always so patient, gentle, and understanding with all of Rudy’s aging quirks and routine needs. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing he is in such thoughtful, loving, and capable hands whenever I'm away. We will definitely keep coming back to Jamie—5 stars all around!
