I've taken care of pets for my family and friends since I was a kid. I love taking dogs on walks to stay active and attended training classes for my pet when I was a child. I have taken classes on animal behavior in the past.

I believe that you know what keeps your animal safe and therefore follow any rules and guidelines you set out. Additionally, I always keep my phone charged and on me while walking dogs, in case of emergency, and ensure that they stay out of the way of cars. For boarding, I have my own apartment located in a pet friendly apartment complex with a dog park. I can take your dog on walks before and after work and would come home mid-day to check on them.

Jamie is hands-down the best! This was her third time watching Rudy, and she continues to do an absolutely amazing job with him. Caring for a senior dog requires extra attentiveness, and Jamie is always so patient, gentle, and understanding with all of Rudy’s aging quirks and routine needs. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing he is in such thoughtful, loving, and capable hands whenever I'm away. We will definitely keep coming back to Jamie—5 stars all around!
Jamie was absolutely amazing while staying overnight with our dog, Rudy. From the moment we met her, we felt confident that he was in great hands. She took exceptional care of him, kept him happy and comfortable, and treated him like one of her own. We really appreciated her attentiveness, reliability, and the peace of mind she gave us while we were away. It was clear that Rudy was well cared for and received plenty of attention and affection. We came home to a happy dog and a spotless house. We highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional pet sitter. We would gladly book with her again!
Jamie did a fantastic job taking care of our dog Pony! She watched her over 4th of July and during a crazy heat wave, but kept her happy and safe the entire time. She sent us lots of updates and photos while we were gone. We will definitely use her again!
Jamie was amazing! Communicated a ton and kept us up to date on all their adventures. Also kept us informed about the snow storm! Already planning to use her again!
Jamie kept us well informed on how the housesit was going with our boy! We came back to a tidy house and very happy dog. So glad to have someone caring take care of our fur baby while we were gone.

Hi! I'm Jamie and I recently moved to Richmond for my AmeriCorps year of Service. As such, I have a 9-5 job, but can stop by to check on your pet during my lunch break (or more frequently depending on location) and am available for walks during the morning or evenings.
