Madlyn administered required medications twice a day, mixed up special dietary food twice a day and made sure our dog had plenty of potty breaks. She also took the dog for a walk in the afternoon as requested. Madlyn was also very respectful of our home and even made the bed before departing on her last day. About: I’m a long-time animal lover and aspiring zoologist/wildlife conservationist. I am a third year college student at Reynolds Community College. I Although I own 3 cats and a lizard, I have volunteered at the Richmond SPCA for a year, walking and feeding pups. Also, I dogsit for friends, family and referrals. I am currently working at Four Paws Pet Resort, which is a daycare/boarding facility for strictly dogs. I’ve been working there for three years & I love it! Since working there, I have learned a lot about dog behavior and how to administer meds! Also, how to clip their nails. No, I am not a dog trainer but I love teaching pups the basic commands such as sit, shake, lie down, etc. (With treats, of course.) I love all dogs, any size, any age and I can’t wait to take care of your pup! I love on them and treat them as if they’re my own! I have three days off during my work week specifically for walking/taking care of dogs! Also, for plenty of free time to spend with them! Unfortunately, I don't care for pets in my own home due to the fact that I have 3 cats and not enough space to take them in!

About: I have my own dog, Tico, that I have taken care of since 2020. He is a bigger dog and I take him on walks often. I also walk my neighbors dog which is a golden doodle occasionally as well. I am able to control situations with both large and small dogs in many situations. For the past 4 summers I have pet sit for my family members while they have been out of town for vacation. I also have a cat Stormy and had another cat Oreo since I was 6. In 2019 I was take care of a bearded dragon named Lizzo from a family member who was moving away for college, but when she came back from college Lizzo when back to her. I am able to change litter boxes, feed, bathe, and water cats, dogs, guinea pigs, and even bearded dragons. I am currently in college and my classes are Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-1pm, so I would be available these days anytime after 1:30. I also work Friday- Sunday from 8:30am until around 4, so on these days I would be available anytime after 4:30. With my dog Tico I spend all the time with him that I can and always attend to the things he needs. I also help take care of my neighbors during the day by stopping by to let her out and feed her lunch while they are at work.
