“Thank you, John for a wonderful overnight with Rigby! John has the perfect set up with a lovely, fully fenced natural wooded area where dogs can roam and enjoy being outside safely. John is very sensitive to a dog's needs and figured out easily that Rigby needed more space to feel comfortable. John was able to handle Rigby's odd behaviors and recognized much of it is likely due to anxiety. Rigby is a rescue who we've had since October so we are still figuring him out; he's almost 12 so we are the ones likely going to be making the adjustments versus him. Thanks to John's relaxed nature, we felt comfortable entrusting Rigby with him for overnight care. John provides quick responses and thoroughly takes notes to be prepared for his sessions with his dog guests. We will be returning for more visits in the future! Thank you, John!”
“Our dog loves spending time with stephanie and her kids. She is a shy dog and can get very anxious and we wanted either stephanie or her husband with Kulfi at all times. She was always with her and Kulfi was not anxious at all. She came home happy and very tired, so we know she had a good time. Stephanie is also great at giving us regular updates with photos, almost every 4-5 hours so we're very happy about that as well.”
“Jeehyun is such a caring and loving dog sitter! Gwennie stayed at her place for one week and she had a great time there. Because Gwennie is almost blind, I was a little bit worried at beginning whether she would be able to adapt the new environment well. I was amazed that Gwennie did not show any signs of anxiety. She eats well, sleeps well and plays well with Mimi (Jeehyun's little dog). Jeehyun's two daughters Hana and Yoona are wonderful sitter assistants! They did a great job help taking care of Gwennie, training her and playing with her. We will definitely let Gwennie come back for another vacation in the future! Also, Jeehyun is a great communicator. She gave me update everyday about Gwen's activities. We had so much fun watching the photos and videos Jeehyun sent to me which allowed us to enjoy our trip without any worry on Gwennie. About: Our dog is now five years old, and pets have always been an important part of our family. We know how much love, attention, and care they deserve because we've experienced it firsthand. We treat every pet like they're our own and are committed to making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. We are at home full time! We will be around to play with your pet, feed it, go on walks, make sure it has access to the backyard, and have lots of fun! In our home, pets have access to our fenced backyard, where they can go potty when they feel like it. We have a pet door so they don’t have to wait on us. We feed and walk them on their schedule so we don’t disrupt their routine. We make sure water is always available, and have cuddle and play time!

“Thank you Masumi and David for taking care of Oreo over the weekend. Masumi was very communicative and shared a lot of pictures of Oreo and his friends during his boarding. Oreo was hyper excited during the meet and greet and on his first day but Masumi and David were very understanding and welcomed Oreo. They took good care of Oreo and took him on walks during his stay. I'm very thankful to them and am glad that I can rely on them for Oreo's future boarding needs. Highly recommend Masumi and David.”

“I would 100% recommend Michelle and Brian. I am a person who never wants to leave my dog with anyone, and if I have to, I worry the entire the time. Newton stayed with Michelle and Brian for over two weeks and they took such great care of him. He became best friends with their adorable dog Ari and played with other little dogs they watch (Theo!) I cannot recommend Candra and her family highly enough! She was an absolute lifesaver and was able to accommodate Titus at the very last minute. Before he even arrived, she asked for his care sheet, which immediately showed me her genuine and deep level of care. Titus had an incredible time staying with her, her husband, and their two kids. The environment was perfect for him—he got so much playtime running around in their yard and plenty of sweet cuddles with them on the couch afterward. Throughout his stay, Candra kept me thoroughly updated with tons of pictures, videos, and regular reports on exactly how much he was eating. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing he was happy and so well cared for. Everything about the experience was amazing, and it is clear she genuinely loves animals. We will absolutely be booking with Candra again!
We had a wonderful experience with Nicole and would highly recommend her. She was incredibly flexible with scheduling and kept us updated throughout our trip with regular pictures and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. Matthew is a fantastic sitter! I was a little nervous about leaving my dog, Penny, but I felt pretty much at ease from our very first meeting. During the trip, he sent daily photos and updates which I really appreciated. You can tell they bonded because when it was time to go home, Penny was happy to see me but didn’t seem at all happy to leave! She got incredibly comfortable at his place. A huge bonus is that he only takes one dog at a time, which I think made the stay so much better for her. The way he took care of Penny makes me confident that I’ll be booking him again for my next trip.
Absolutely amazing experience! They were very communicative, and took the time and effort to really understand how to make our dog the happiest. Our dog has a habit of scavenging and picking up anything and everything he can get his mouth around, and they’ve worked with him to help him drop those habits and introduced new techniques we could use to help him still have fun outside on trails. We’ve used their services for both weekly dog walking and multi day boarding. They really show that they care about making sure our dog is happy and comfortable. They're far more than just a sitter - they truly engage with the animals they care for. Thank you!!
Highly recommended. We will ask again Xiaoli to host our little Mango. This was our first experience of separating and we all were nervous. Mango came back home happy, clean and fresh. We received photos, videos and frequently updates many times that was greatly appreciated. One more great thing that Xiaoli’s little Lucky also was a great host to share his house with Mango. Masumi is by far the most reliable and attentive sitter we've ever had! I truly don't think there's anyone who could take better care of any dogs! She paid close attention to every detail of my dog's care. She even adjusted her collar and switched her leash to ensure his safety, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were exceptional. My dog is a picky eater, so preparing her meals with various toppings can be a bit of a hassle, but she happily accommodated all of his needs. My dog also sometimes vomit, so I was worried about leaving her with someone new, but she did wonderfully under her care. Her entire family showered her with love and affection, and it was clear that she enjoyed spending so much time with them and playing with Apple. It truly felt like a loving home rather than just a boarding stay. It was a wonderful boarding experience from start to finish. I've already booked our next stay because I know I can leave my dog with Masumi with complete confidence and peace of mind!
Jiyeon took very good care of our dog. Our pup is older with some health issues, Jiyeon was able to accommodate and make her feel comfortable. She is very meticulous and will ask plenty of questions about care. She also handled the medication our dog needs. We were very happy with her thoroughness. She gave us multiple updates and sent pictures throughout each day we were away. We felt very comfortable with her taking care of our dog and plan to book with her again in the future!
This is our second time booking with Robin, and just like the first, she was absolutely incredible with Kenzo. Honestly, she's the best sitter we've had on Rover, hands down! I'll always pick her first. She went above and beyond yet again: keeping Kenzo active with regular walks and adventures, spoiling him with treats and even a pup cup, and making sure he felt safe and comfortable the whole time (including through a stormy night with fireworks!). Her communication is fantastic too, daily updates, photos, and sweet little check-ins that put our minds completely at ease. Kenzo clearly adores her and her family just as much as we do. It's such a relief knowing he's genuinely happy and loved while we're away. We'll keep coming back to Robin every time, she's simply the best!

This was the first time I left Oli with Nishi, and she made the entire experience so much easier by providing reassurance and keeping communication open throughout Oli’s stay. I really appreciated the frequent updates and knowing how he was doing. Nishi was also very transparent in letting me know there would be an overlap with another dog on the last day. Since Oli doesn’t do well with other dogs, she explained that she would keep them separated, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would definitely leave Oli with Nishi again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, communicative, and trustworthy pet sitter.
We couldn’t have asked for a better boarding experience. Cho Cho stayed with them for about a week, and it was clear the whole time that he was in great hands — happy, relaxed, and well cared for. They clearly love dogs and treat them like their own. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind while you’re away — we’ll definitely be booking with them again!
