“We were first boarders of our 13mo old pup Kylo, and we thought we were super fortunate to connect with Shauna. Right from beginning she was very warm and supportive in her communication. At the meet and greet, Shauna and her husband Tim were very welcoming. Their pup Noah was part of the welcoming party and took to Kylo right away. They were extremely accommodating of our late drop-off and pick-up times, especially as our flight back was delayed by 3 hours. Through the stay, Shauna kept us regularly updated of Kylo's wellbeing and shared photos every night. She even ingenuously improvised on Kylo's food when he wasn't eating much during the first few days. Overall, we are deeply appreciative of Shauna and in future we will be checking her availability before planning an out of town trip.”
