“Derek is PHENOMENAL. I had an extended trip away (3 weeks) and I was in a panic to find a sitter for my female bulldog. My dog is VERY personable a needs a family/home environment instead of a boarding facility, no matter how nice it is. In addition because we casually show her, she is in-tact/unspayed which excluded a lot of other sitters. When my original al planned care fell through and I turned to Rover was so extremely fortunate to find Derek. His previous professional experience made me feel secure that she was being left in loving knowledgeable hands. He was so patient and understandings with me during the pre-booking process and answered all my questions without ever making me feel like the neurotic dog mom that I was probably coming across as. He was clear about what I needed to provide and pack for her and what he had. I dropped her off at him home and he gave me a tour of the living areas and where she would be sleeping and spend most of her time. He was so open to hearing about my dog’s goofy behaviors and preferences so he would know what to expect and understand the unique ways she communicates to hopefully make their time together easier. Derek has a lovely big, open and very clean home with a big, fully-fenced in yard. It was exactly what I was looking for when searching for that at home personable experience for her. While I was away, Derek sent me regular messages with pictures and videos to let me know how she was doing and show me the adventures she was having. I missed my puppy so much and his updates made a huge difference in giving me peace of mind. I know what my dog looks like when she is truly happy and relaxed, and every picture I got she looked like she was having a blast. I would and will rebooking with Derek for all my future pet sitting needs! My puppy was returned to me happy, healthy and well cared for. My dog is my whole heart, and having the peace of mine that she was in the best possible care made my trip so much easier.”

They were so accommodating and made sure my dog enjoyed his stay at their place and were super patient with my dog when it came to feeding him his food.
