Goose had a great time! Candra (and her family) were really great! They arranged for a meet and greet and were very open about their preferences, their philosophy and showed us the entire space. They were really considerate to make us comfortable leaving Goose with their family and by the time we finished the meet and greet we were excited for Goose to spend some time there. Throughout Goose’s stay Candra was very communicative and provided regular updates which we enjoyed a lot. We will definitely book again and highly recommend her (and her family) :)
Fiona had another great stay with John! He sent great photo updates, and she clearly enjoyed playing and snuggling during her stay. John also reached out to check on a discrepancy in Fiona’s feeding guidelines, which I really appreciated! We’ll definitely book with him again.
Jeehyun did a fantastic job taking care of our little dog for about 10 days when we were on a trip abroad. This is Gwen's second stay at Jeehuan's place and she is so comfortable and happy there. Jiyeon did a wonderful job taking care of our blind little dog Gwennie while we were on a trip abroad. She update Gwennie's activities, sent us photos and videos everyday. Her communication is great. She would discussed with you any issues she found and what approach she would try to solve the problem. We could see how Gwen become more and more comfortable at Jiyeon/s place, happy and healthy! We had such a wonderful experience! Astro was cared for with so much love and attention — truly like one of their own. It meant so much to know he was not only safe, but happy, comfortable, and part of the family. Nishi and her kids were so sweet with him and gave him plenty of playtime and cuddles. Nishi was very responsive, communicative, and understanding throughout, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I’m so grateful for the care they gave him and would absolutely trust them again in a heartbeat.
Ella was amazing with our 5-month-old puppy, Mochi. She was always quick and thoughtful in responding to our questions, and she consistently shared photo and video updates, which gave us great peace of mind. We had fallen a bit behind on grooming, and the fur around Mochi’s eyes had grown out, but Ella kindly took the time to tidy it up, showing how confidently she handles young puppies. She also let Mochi try some delicious homemade treats, and Mochi absolutely adored Ella’s dog, Uni. We’re incredibly grateful and would happily book with Ella again.
Amy was very responsive and easy to work with. My dog has a strict medication schedule, and Amy was very vigilant in administering the meds and keeping everything on track. She sent pictures and updates, which I really appreciate since this was the first stay for my dog at their house.
We were blessed to have found Curtis literally last minute. He kindly took Penny in and welcomed her with warm heart. We received updates with pictures and videos almost every day, knowing that our pup was being taken of so well. He even put on some soft music when Penny first arrived to help her relax in the new environment. Curtis has a genuine love for our dog. As pet parents, we can certainly tell. All in all, such a pleasant stay for Penny! I know Penny would definitely love to see him again in the future. Thank you Curtis!
