I am home everyday and spend most of my time with the animals in my care. I am happy to be flexible on timing for drop off or pick up windows and can pop in for drop in visits to give you a helping hand.

In my home pets will be fed twice a day and have off leash time to relax or play with friends. If they are crate trained they will have their own crate to retreat to and dog beds to rest on. My dogs enjoy meeting new friends and provide a comforting pack to show new dogs the ropes. Outside, I always work on name recall with new dogs on leash and when they get to know me they will have supervised off leash time. Additionally, your dog may enjoy a walk to our horse barn and discover a world of sensory enrichment for their nose! In your home I can play with and feed your kitty or your pups and provide any care they need and can feed on the schedule that you request.

A typical day
At the start of each day your dog will go outside to go potty and then have breakfast. The rest of the day they are given several opportunities to go outside to play and come back in the house at regular intervals. They will have time to try activities such as sniff walks and barn exploration if they choose. When tired, they have their own private space with a blanket to take naps. They will be offered treats or home made dog popsicles on hot days to spoil them a bit…and of course lots of love! On hot summer days I’ll break out the kiddie pool for some water play. Evenings include dinner and time to wind down for the night. In your home I can play with and feed your kitty or your pup and provide any care they need including walking on leash, ball/toy time and time giving special attention.

I bring a lifetime of experience in caring for animals and live on 10 acres of wooded pastures with 3 horses, dogs, cats, and a house rabbit. My personal pack of four rescue dogs get along well with any new dog I introduce to the family. I have been fostering dogs for a local rescue organization for several years, gaining hands-on experience with many breeds and ages of dogs. I specialize in puppy care and training and have successfully provided basic training and care for numerous foster dogs. I have experience caring for elderly dogs and am skilled in giving medication and insulin. This is an all inclusive experience for dogs! Here your dog will enjoy plenty of supervised outdoor playtime in my private dog park which offers a peaceful setting away from any traffic noise. This is true farm privacy with a ten acre buffer and plenty of natural enrichment including a natural creek, pond, and wooded pastures. Dogs will have opportunities to participate in activities like sniff walks, barn exploring, and pack walks. For puppies I keep them on a schedule for potty training, socializing, and naps. Additionally, I have a dedicated small dog area and small dogs get to enjoy couch time in the evenings! All activities are included for the boarding price. If you desire an exit bath before your dog goes home please let me know. 🐾 I enjoy working on agility training with one of my dogs who is very athletic and to expand my training knowledge, I continue to work with local dog trainers. Beyond my work with animals, I raised two children and dedicated 18 years to volunteering in our local school district, where I passed multiple background checks and supported various programs and events in schools and classrooms. My property is quiet and away from any traffic yet located just a mile from a major highway making it easy to get to for drop off and pick up!

Our two Boston terriers had a great time at Tracy’s place! They loved her large outdoor space and playing with other dogs. Tracy took excellent care of Nicco. Tracy has years of experience raising and training dogs, and I felt very comfortable leaving Nicco in her care. Nicco fit in well with her family and her pack and seemed to really enjoy his time “on the farm.” I will definitely request to board again in the future!
Tracy's care and ability to care for pets is TOP NOTCH and you'll be thanking yourself to entrusting your fur babies to her whenever the need arises. Our experience with Tracy has been outstanding; not only have our two golden retrievers benefitted from her caring home environment, but equally impressive is the fact that our dogs have benefitted from getting to play and mingle with Tracy's own beloved, dog pack --she has 3 dogs of her own and frequently has a dog foster or two that she is caring for on behalf of a local dog rescue non-profit. I don't know how Tracy manages to keep her cool with the full menagerie of doggo's ;-) , but Tracy's calm demeanor and knowledgeable animal experience is a major blessing to our family. After discovering Tracy's dog boarding, for the first time ever we feel at ease leaving the dogs in her care when we have to leave town. The dogs love going and we love knowing that they are safe and being spoiled even more than they are when we are home. Give Tracy a call, you'll be so glad you did.
