About: i’ve taken care of dogs since i was 13, rather its friends, family, or my own pup. I find a way to make a connection with each dog, making sure they feel safe and are having fun with toys, treats, or simple pets. I work a full time job, hours are 8-11:15, 12-2, and 4:15-7:15 M-F. hoping schedule changes to an 8-5 but until then I am available before and after work to take care of your pups!, I am completely open on weekends. About: I have had animals my entire life, both dogs and cats. Growing up I was taught the responsibility of taking care of all of our pets. I understand the love and attention they deserve and sometimes that life gets hard and we need help. I currently have a 13 year-old cat named Henry who is my entire world. I would love to be able to help you and take care of your babies so you have the peace of mind, knowing that they are in good hands. I am currently available full time. I can come see your pets and walk them pretty much anytime that’s needed as long as it’s requested. I do have a small fenced in backyard and a huge green belt and park near my house. My cat only goes into the backyard supervised though.

About: I have been caring for pets for the past five years. I volunteer at a local animal shelter shelter. About: I have had animals in my home my entire life, so pet sitting isn't anything new to me! I have been all over the place in terms of pet care including newborn puppies, senior pets, and those with specific diets. I was also an intern at an animal hospital a few years back, so I know a thing or two about administering medications. I am a full-time college student, so I may not always be available in the mornings, but I am willing to stay overnight and check on pets regularly. Whether your pet needs a walk, bath, brush, play or cuddles, I'm here for it! I am studying at CU Denver and my classes are mostly in the morning and mid-day. I have Fridays and Saturdays off which works great if you're to looking to take a weekend trip! I typically keep animals where I can see them to avoid accidents in the home. To ensure the safety of your pets and your house, I will make sure to lock the doors after I leave and at night time. I always pick up after myself - you'll never know I was there!
About: My parents would go out of town quite often for several days each time, and whenever they did, they would have me stay over at their house to take care of their two chihuahuas, Belle and Lilly, who were twelve and thirteen at the time. Belle had frequent seizures followed by difficulty breathing and incontinence and Lilly had an autoimmune disease. I had to give both of them several different kinds of medications and also provide basic care like filling their food and water bowls, giving them treats, letting them in the backyard and taking them for a walk. They would get sad and not eat as much with my parents being gone, so I would make sure to stay over there and keep them company for long stretches of the day. I help my dad walk his chihuahua, Lucy, at least once a week and I help trim her fingernails, as well as give her baths before drying her off. I also help to change the cat litter box since it is heavy. Sometimes we bring Desi the cat with us on the walk in a pet stroller. I care for pets in any manner that the client would like me to care for them in their home. That includes staying with them for long stretches, letting them out, throwing a ball around the yard, taking them on walks, etc.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
