Safety, trust & environment
Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. Whether I'm in my home or a client's home, I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions. I take time to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and any safety concerns before care begins. I always ensure pets have access to fresh water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention and supervision. During walks, I use secure leashes and remain aware of my surroundings. In a client's home, I respect their space, keep doors and gates secure, and provide regular updates with photos and messages so owners know their pets are happy and safe. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to create a calm, loving, and stress-free experience while their family is away.

Taylor was wonderful! My girls usually aren’t too keen on new people, but they warmed to her immediately! She was very responsive while we were away, providing lots of photos and updates giving us great peace of mind. She also took care of our guinea pigs wonderfully making sure an abundance of water and hay! We will definitely be booking with her again!

Schedule
Pets are already a regular part of my daily routine, so caring for additional pets fits naturally into my schedule. I enjoy spending time with animals and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. I am committed to following each pet's routine and providing regular updates for peace of mind.
