I’ve taken care of all types of animals and breeds since I was 12 years old. I grew up with 4 dogs and am experienced in most medication administration including insulin injections, ear cleaning, eye medication and any other basic medication. I am available at all times of the day when I am taking care of your fur babies!! I can send frequent updates and pictures upon request. I am very flexible with anything needed! I would love to help you out and help you be as comfortable as possible when leaving your babies with me when you are gone!

When caring for your pets in either my home or at a client’s home, my top priority is making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I take the time to understand their routine, preferences, and personality so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free for them. I always respect the space and follow instructions closely, whether that means sticking to a specific feeding schedule, administering medications, or keeping up with playtime and walks. If I’m caring for a pet in my own home, I make sure they have a cozy, quiet space to relax and adjust at their own pace. I keep the environment calm and pet-friendly, and I’m always around to give attention, supervision, and lots of affection. No matter where the care takes place, I’m committed to communicating clearly with pet parents, sending regular updates and photos, and being flexible with any specific needs or requests. I want both you and your pet to feel totally comfortable throughout the entire process!

Mickayla was very flexible and accommodating to all of our schedules and made the planning of our trip go very smoothly. She sent pictures of our pups daily and took great care of them. Mickayla excels in communicating her schedule changes, timing, or any other needs. We would definitely use Mickayla again!

Mickayla was amazing! She went above and beyond while house sitting for us and our four pups. Can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the care and attention to detail.
We had Mickayla check in on our cat Gumbo several times while we were out of the country for two weeks. She was easy to work with in setting up both a meet and greet, and regular visits, flexible with our schedule, and happy to give him affection in addition to cleaning out his box and refilling his food and water. She did a great job taking care of Gumbo while we were out (and even kept a couple of tropical plants in our house alive)! We would definitely use her again to watch Gumbo.
The pups were happy! She sent lots of pictures through the stay and even brought in the mail.

Schedule
I currently am a full time college student and do private softball instruction at my own indoor softball facility so i can make and adjust my schedule as needed!!
