This was our first time using Rover so we were a little nervous. Shelby was quick to respond to our inquiry and our messages. She put our minds at ease and especially when we met her for the Meet and Greet. She took great care of Remi and sent us an update every morning and whenever we asked. There is a reason she has a five star rating. We will definitely be repeat customers!
Shelby was so wonderful to meet prior to Xenas care and then still after! I appreciate the updates and pictures shared from Shelby so that I could rest easy knowing Xena was taken care of.
We had an amazing experience with Shelby. She was very communicative throughout our trip and went above and beyond when we ran into an unexpected issue with our locks and door access. Our cat was clearly very happy and comfortable with her, and I never worried about him during our long trip. She also took care of thoughtful extra details like wiping up litter on the floor and bringing in our packages. We’re so grateful for her care and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring cat sitter.
She was a great sitter, handled a cut paw on the holiday and I’m so grateful!
Shelby was wonderful as always! She saved us in a pinch when our other accommodations fell through. She picked our boys up from our house, dropped them off the next morning, and kept me posted along the way. She’s so sweet with them and I can tell they love their time with Shelby!!

Schedule
I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible for potty breaks and playtime. We usually walk in the mornings and the evenings, but we can also fit in an afternoon walk if needed!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a house with my sweet 6 year old German Shepherd mix, 2 year old Dalmatian, and 4 month old baby. I have a fenced in yard and can provide frequent potty breaks. We also live by a lake and there are several walking paths we frequent often!
Pets
A typical day
Lovely few minute walk to the lake. Plenty of fetch, tug of war, and tummy scratches! I have lots of enrichment toys and treats as well.
