About: I've had dogs my whole life, worked as a bather at a grooming solon & worked at 2 different dog boarding kennels. I've also pet sat before for neighbors & friends. I'm also very comfterable around dogs & cats. I'm a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of time to give your pet lots of love, care & cuddles that they deserve! I have 1 dog that NEVER interacts with pets that stay in my home. When the guest pet is to be let out/ played with my dog is crested behind a closed door & vise versa. The safety of all pets is my top priority!
“This was our first time using Rover.com and so it was also our first time using Brianna C to board our dogs. I did my due diligence and read all previous reviews, etc. We needed short notice boarding (1 days advance notice) and were very nervous about properly vetting a boarder. Rover.com made it easier. Brianna and her mom Nancy scheduled a meet and greet for us the same day, and we were able to book with them for the following day. Although they have a large dog bed and bowls, we brought our own so our fur babies would feel more at home. Brianna and Nancy are great!! They sent us numerous pictures throughout the day (every couple of hours) and our dogs looked so relaxed and happy. We are so glad we found Brianna and her mom Nancy, we will definitely board our dogs with them again when the need arises.”

“I was very nervous considering we’ve never left our boy before, but Remy had so much fun! He slept for two days when got home lol. So thankful that we have a place for him to stay and be taken care of when we go on vacation!”

“Cesar is the best!!!! Finding someone I trust with my working dogs is no small task, so I don't give recommendations lightly. From the start, Cesar was incredibly accommodating and took the time to understand their routines, expectations, and care requirements. What impressed me most was that he struck the perfect balance between being kind and being consistent. Cesar didn't let them get away with their usual shenanigans, maintained their structure, and clearly understood how to handle dogs that are used to having jobs and boundaries. Throughout their stay, I received plenty of photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind and let me see how much fun they were having. It was obvious they were getting both mental and physical enrichment, not just being watched. The biggest endorsement I can give is that I picked up two very happy, relaxed, and thoroughly worn-out dogs. They came home content, well cared for, and clearly enjoyed their time with him. For anyone looking for a sitter who goes beyond basic pet care and truly understands dogs, especially working dogs, I would not hesitate to recommend Cesar.”

“Elisa was wonderful! Our black lab, Jake, got to spend 5 days at her house. She is very kind and attentive. I am grateful for her services. 💙 It was a great first experience leaving our pet with someone other than family. Highly recommend!”

“Taylor and Angel did amazing with our little guy. We got pictures with fun captions daily, they got back to me within minutes every time I reached out, and you could tell they loved him like their own. I'm so grateful to have a place I feel safe about taking our Hagrid whenever we have to leave town. I would highly recommend them if you are considering. The best of the best!”

“Andrea is wonderful. Our dogs love going to stay with her. One of my labs is a rescue and is pretty scared with new people, but she absolutely loves staying with Andrea. I definitely recommend her for anyone that needs dog care. It definitely makes me feel good when leaving the fur babies. Andrea also has great communication with us. She even sent me pictures of my fur babies.”

“June was so wonderful! She treated Wilson like he was her own. She sent updates and pictures each day and we were so very grateful to have found her! We will certainly contact her again when we need someone to keep Wilson in The Villages.”

“Mrs. Sandra took such great care of our boy! She sent lots of updates and pictures so we knew he was doing well. She was also always very responsive. They have a wonderful set up for the pups to play safely in the yard. This was our pups first time staying away from us and he looked like he had the best time and can’t wait to go back!”

“Lorraine came through for us and took amazing care of our little one. She was friendly and inviting as well as provided a tour of her facilities. Her updates throughout the days of our absence, helped to set our minds at ease while Shadow was in her care. My wife and I highly recommend Lorraine and will be booking her services in the future. You should to.”

“Lila took such great care of Haze over the weekend while I was away for my daughter’s birthday. She was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with her. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Haze was in such good hands. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet care!”

“I really appreciate the boarding services! It was my first experience with the rover app, and Diana made me feel confident that my furry friend was well taken care of. She shared daily videos and pictures, which was wonderful. I would definitely recommend her services”

“Marcela was excellent. She has knowledge of animals and understands how to care for them. When you use her you can know you are in good hands. She sent me pictures and let me know how my dog was doing. I will be using her again and will recommend her to friends and families. Thanks for making it easy to pick up and drop off.”

“Shayla was fantastic. Our dog has had some boarding anxiety in the past so we wanted to know how he was doing. She sent us pictures and a video throughout the day showing him playing with the other dogs. He DEFINITELY was not suffering anxiety at Shayla’s. He had a great time. He came home, ate, and went to sleep!! We DEFINITELY recommend Shayla!!”

“Wilfredo is such a great dog sitter; he took good care of our dog. Additionally, it sends pictures and videos during pet sitting. I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Wilfredo, for such an amazing job.”

“Sophie got excited as soon as we turned down Laura’s street! I’m pretty sure she knew that she was going to have fun with all her little dog friends! Also, when our dogs are there Laura sends so many pictures and videos when and we love it! I alway know that our dogs are having a great time and that they are safe.”

Debra took exceptional care of our dog, Jasper, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. Throughout Jasper's stay, Debra kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Jasper looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for, and it was obvious he received plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. We truly appreciate the love and dedication Debra showed toward Jasper. We would not hesitate to trust her with him again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
