About: I have been house sitting for coworkers and family since I was 15 years old, and I adore it! I love all types of pets, and have taken care of both cats and dogs. I also raised a 10 week old puppy who is 5 years old now, and he’s very well behaved with no bad behaviors. I am a full time university student, with a schedule that allows breaks during the day, and opportunities to tend to class online, if needed. I am very passionate about animals and I love spending quality time with dogs and cats, so when I am with the pets I will be able to give them undivided attention. When in a clients home, I take great care in making sure that the pet stays safe and in no trouble. I make sure that any outside access is monitored and/or closed off to being able to escape or get into danger. I also stay mindful about not leaving things out for a potential animal to get into, and when I am home with your furry friend, I do everything I can to keep my eyes on them!

About: I grew up in a house filled to the brim with dogs, from one parent who was a professional dog-trainer and another who couldn't stop taking in struggling foster dogs from the local rescue. I took the responsibility of helping to walk, train, feed and otherwise take care of these dogs. Additionally, I am a volunteer dog-walker at a shelter in Tacoma. I've worked will all types of dogs and issues, including reactvity, terrotorial, seperation anxiety, and more! Though I can't have a dog of my own right now, dogs are my passion and I am so excited to have this opportunity to meet and take care of your dog! I'm working part-time right now, so I'm totally available weekends and Mondays. On all other weekdays, I work from 7pm-11pm and am open outside of those times. When pet-sitting, I can stay full-time there or check in for potty breaks, playtime, meals, walks, and people time as fit for each individual situation. Walks can match whatever activity level and speed fit your dog and will always have my full focus! I'm more than happy to customize what that schedule looks like, and my priority is keeping the dog happy, healthy, and safe.

About: I have been walking or doing drop in visits for the pets of family, friends and neighbors, off and on, for over 15 years now. I am currently working part time with a pretty flexible schedule which makes drop in visits and dog walking easily scheduled. As the weather gets warmer, I would try to do walks when the ground is cooler or by taking them to a park with grass. I would be available to take your pet in my truck to a location that is pet friendly if needed, but am also happy to walk them in your neighborhood and/or do drop in visits at your home.

About: I have loved dogs (and all animals) since I was a child. I have had dogs for my most of my life and get so much joy from caring for them and playing with them. I do have a 21year old son who adores dogs and we have a great house for pets (the area where this site asks about children only gave an age range to 12) . We have a large fenced yard and a big house with plenty of room for playtime. We have a pug and a Brussels Griffon who are sweeties and love to play with other dogs too. I am work from home and my son is here full-time during summer break to ensure that your pup is never alone while we are watching them. I am home full-time during the weekend. I have a fenced backyard and two friendly female dogs that love to play with new dog friends and will share all their toys as well.

About: I have been a dog owner since the age of 5. I have looked over and trained numerous dog throughout the years. I am excited to spend time with your special guy. I currently work from home. I will be present most days. We have fenced yard so I can let the dog out often if needed. I have a good sized fenced yard with a park across the street to allow the dogs exercise. I have my side kick Jimmie a 3 year old mutt that is friendly and always looking for a new dog friend.

About: I have been involved with dog rescues throughout my entire life. I know how to work with dogs with big personalities and those that are a bit shy, as well. I have a lot of patience and understanding when it comes to dogs with challenging pasts and I am happy to help them work through any trust issues at their own pace. I have owned dogs for as long as I can remember and I am always the friend go volunteer to walk other people's dogs when they need help. I know the value of exercise and enrichment for dogs and I know how to make those connections with them. I am experienced in bathing, walking, playing with and feeding dogs of all sizes and breeds. Over the summer I have completely open availability and any consistency would be appreciated as I am getting married this summer and need the funds for my wedding. I can ensure that the dogs are fed, have plenty of water, have had play time and have gone on walks. I will make sure the dog gets a lot of interaction time.

About: Hey! I’m Claire Miller. I have experience with all different kinds of animals of all ages, sizes, & disabilities. I’ve spent the last 4 years pet sitting, ranching, & managing animal care. In my home state Texas, I managed 2-3 ranches full time. I currently help with 4 senior horses. I have experience managing up to 60 horses & 100 animals a day. I can give oral & injectable medication. I have experience handling & caring for aggressive, reactive, & destructive animals of all kinds. Animals I have experience handling & caring for: Equine- horses, donkeys, ponies, and seniors. Dogs- special needs (PTSD, anxiety, depression, physical disabilities, seniors), Puppies (from birth to 7 months), High Energy, Couch Potatoes, dogs on diet & exercise plans or weight gain plans, training, Behavioral Corrections (always done with respect, I prefer to use a psst noise which catches most attention. Exotics- Chinchillas (proper requirements such as cool environment, dust baths, diet management, & cage cleaning will be kept beyond standards. I owned one for 5 years & have a lot of experience caring for even the most difficult ones.) Birds (feed management, mental stimulation, cage cleaning) Rats & Rabbits (I’ve owned both of these for most of my life, & love them to death.) Cattle- Feeding, keeping an eye out for bloat or uncomfortable signs. Chickens- (feeding, health checks, egg & nest managing, coop cleaning, chick care, disease prevention & control) Sheep- (herding, feeding, cleaning) Reptiles- Snakes, Bearded Dragons, Gekos, Chameleons ( Extensive Research has been taken to guarantee I am knowledgeable in caring for most reptiles. I have owned reptiles myself!) If I ever notice any concerning behavior or health issues you will be notified immediately. I always put your pet first, & can guarantee they’ll be given the best care. I have a strong passion & love for all animals, even those who might be “difficult”. Don’t be scared to say your animal has behavioral issues as it can be managed & I have experience with extreme sensitivity & destruction.
