About: i've been dog-sitting for 4 years now, I have worked at many houses in the San Jose area in California. I have done cat-sitting for my neighbors and dog walking in Ashland. I am free to work many hours and I would love to take care of your pets! I am in grad school at SOU through June of 2027, and I will be student teaching for much of it. I am available for more hours in the afternoons once school is out and before classes begin. Classes for me are only twice a week, and I will make sure to fit in a walk before it gets dark. My home has one cat, and I grew up with a dog, so I know how to take care of both of these animals. I always lock the door before leaving the house, and I check to make sure I know where my animals are at all times when I am home. I am comfortable feeding pets, giving them water, and giving them medicine if needed. I also know how much quality time means to pets, so I can spend extra time with pets after walks.

About: I’m an animal lover who has taken care of and loved dogs my whole life. My family members and friends rely on me for petsitting, feeding, walking, cleaning, and playing with their dogs when they are busy or away from the house. I have experience caring for senior dogs. I love all types of dogs and i’m passionate about taking care of animals! Please no puppies under 1 year. I’m a recent college graduate who has a very flexible schedule. As long as you schedule with me 2 days ahead of time I’m available whenever you need weekends and weekdays! early mornings, late nights or overnight. I understand it is vulnerable letting a stranger in your home however I make sure security and safety are my top priorities. I am able to feed your pet, take them for a walk, give them medication, clean them (or clean up after them), play with them, or just keep them company. I am a detail oriented person and will follow every step you give me exactly.

About: I cared for seniors with pets in their homes during the pandemic. I am a teacher who took a job with Home Instead and was a highly sought after care giver. It was always a pleasure to walk their dogs or sit with their cats. I will be working part time in the afternoons. 2-6. I am free mornings, evenings and overnight to care for your pet. I love to go on walks any time of day. I care for other's pets as if they were my own. I love animals and want to provide the most compassionate and fun loving care for them.

About: I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting for many different dogs over the years. When I was 11, my family adopted a large Border Collie puppy, and I was very active in the responsibilities needed for a puppy with that much energy. Over time, I’ve enjoyed pet sitting because different dogs, especially by breed have different personalities and maintenances that are unique. I’m active and able to walk/do activities with dogs, but through experience not all dogs need that, and L’m excited to meet new pups! I’ve had significant experience with: collies, huskies, chihuahuas, rat terriers, labs, doodle mixes, and mixed recuse dogs! I work part time, but I am also a college student-athlete! In the summers and late spring my schedule is almost completely clear! In the school year I do not work, but I have certain times blocked off for practice. I am available by phone almost all hours of the day! Whether I am in my own home, a clients home, or the public, I only want to ensure that the animal I am with feels safe and all its needs are met. I want the pet to have a good time and feel comfortable with me. In terms of environment I think being neat and clean is very important for both the pet and myself. When mealtimes come, I make all my animals sit or wait patiently until the food is ready and I am not mean, but I do encourage good behavior at all times and try to get the pet to practice small trainings or commands when appropriate.

About: My background in animal care extends well beyond traditional pet sitting. I completed extensive veterinary technology education while working full-time in a large, multi-department veterinary hospital, gaining years of hands-on experience with animals ranging from healthy puppies and routine-care patients to senior, hospitalized, post-op, and medically complex dogs. My subsequent transition into “human” healthcare has further strengthened the attention to detail and standard of care that I bring to every animal entrusted to me. My veterinary experience provided a comprehensive foundation in safe animal handling, canine behavior/temperament recognition, medication administration, medical-condition awareness, post-op care, and the identification of subtle changes that may indicate pain, anxiety, or physical distress. I am comfortable recognizing changes in behavior and overall presentation that may warrant closer observation or communication with a pet-parent. I am comfortable caring for dogs across all ages, sizes, and levels of need, including puppies, senior dogs, animals requiring additional behavioral consideration, and pets with established medical or mobility needs. My experience includes oral and injectable medication administration, incision and wound care, mobility assistance, post-operative monitoring, and incontinence-related care. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care and am currently preparing for my board examinations, which allows me a highly flexible schedule and the ability to be home much of the time. At present, I have considerable availability for walks, drop-in visits, boarding, and other pet-care needs, and I am able to adjust my study schedule around confirmed bookings. Once I begin working in the hospital, my anticipated schedule will consist of three scheduled shifts per week, leaving the remaining four days largely open and predictable for pet care. I do not have children or other routinely changing obligations that would interfere with confirmed bookings. Any known limitations to my availability will always be communicated in advance, and with clear communication regarding your pet’s schedule and needs, I am currently able to accommodate a wide range of scheduling requests. Safety and attentive supervision are priorities in our home. Between my husband and me, our dogs are never left home without one of us present, and I maintain that same standard of supervision for pets entrusted to my care. I would not leave a pet unattended while I am responsible for their care. We have a fully fenced backyard and maintain a clean, organized, and uncluttered home and outdoor environment. With a five-month-old puppy of our own, our home is consistently kept pet-safe, with unsafe or inappropriate items secured and inaccessible. I am also careful and deliberate when managing interactions between animals and never assume unfamiliar dogs can simply be left together unsupervised. Introductions, outdoor access, feeding, and shared spaces are appropriately supervised, with the safety and comfort of each individual pet remaining the priority. About: I grew up with 3 dogs and a pig. I love all animals. Pigs are my favorite. Hopefully my boyfriend and I are getting a puppy soon. As a full time dog walker/pet sitter I have availability most days. Just give me a heads up and I’ll be playing with your pups in no time :) Unfortunately I can’t board at my apartment. About: I am energetic and free spirited, I enjoy traveling and making new friends, human and pet, along the way. I’ve always had animals through out life, until covid. Now it’s loving on the fur buds of others. About: I've been taking care of my own dogs since I was a child and have regularly helped neighbors and family friends with their cats and dogs while they were away- even my friend's mice while they were traveling and my previous roommate's three rats. I'm home from college for the summer and would love to spend my time with your pets! I have a very flexible daily schedule that can adapt to the needs of your pet. My parents have two dogs, one of which is very loving but does not handle other dogs very well. Because of this, I'm not comfortable bringing pets back to my home, but I am very willing to come to your pets to take care of and spend time with them. I am available for shorter drop-in visits, with feeding, play time, and/or walks, as well as longer visits and overnight stays with your pet.

About: Family and friends tell me that I have a special affinity for animals. Dogs have always been in my life. They’ve protected me, grown up and matured with me, and made me a better human being.
