For over 25 years, I've been caring for or interacting with all types of animals (dogs, cats, horses/donkeys, pot bellied pigs, ferrets, hamsters, fish, cows, goats, camels, monkeys, rhinos...even elephants!) in a variety of environments. (private homes, shelters, sanctuaries, farms, out in nature) I even "vacationed" in Thailand to volunteer at an elephant sanctuary for a week! :D All of that to say that I feel comfortable with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I also understand the stress of having a pet with special needs and relying on someone else to take exceptional care with them while being away. For over a year and a half, my French Bulldog was dealing with medical issues that required medication, a special diet, medicated baths, significant time, understanding and care. I know how important it is to feel safe that your pet is in capable hands and being lovingly cared for in those ways when you have to go away. I will always put the needs and happiness of your pet first. I'm a gentle, flexible, compassionate soul! My motto is "Kindness Matters." I enjoy traveling, discovering new places, playing in nature, and being of service to others. You will usually find me with a camera in my hand, focusing on interesting and beautiful details in our world. I currently have a 7 year old French Bulldog and a 12 year old Yorkshire Terrier.
