About: Hello! Thank you for taking the time to consider me as a potential pet sitter for you and your fur babies. I’ve been pet sitting around the Rogue Valley for over six years, and some families have trusted me with their pets for nearly ten. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, personalities, and energy levels, including pets with medications and more detailed routines. I’m dependable, easygoing, and respectful of both your pets and your home. I follow instructions closely, send plenty of pictures and updates, and do my best to keep everything feeling normal and comfortable while you’re away. I’m excited to meet new clients for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays! 🐾 My schedule is currently pretty flexible, especially for daytime drop-ins, dog walks, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight stays. I’m opening my profile back up to new clients, so feel free to reach out with your dates and your pet’s routine. I’m usually able to work something out. I know every pet reacts differently when their person is away, so I bring a calm, patient energy and let them settle in at their own pace. I follow your instructions closely when it comes to meals, walks, medications, bedtime routines, and anything else that helps them feel safe and comfortable. I also treat your home with the same care and respect I would want someone to show mine. I’m happy to send photos and updates so you know how everything is going while you’re away.

About: I have have multiple years of caring for people's pets. I was a professional housekeeper with my own business for over 20 years and also cared for their animals when they were away. I have been a long time pet owner myself and recently my fur babies passed away. I am looking to earn a little extra income as a senior while enjoying the company of animals. I am a senior and I am retired. Recently my fur babies passed away and I am looking to supplement my income while caring for people's pets. I really miss having animals in my home. I live in a senior mobile home park and I have a fenced in yard. I make sure that animals are safe, fed watered, walked and get plenty of potty breaks. They will get lots of love. I keep the yard clear of poop so that their environment is healthy for them.

About: Reliable, experienced animal caregiver with a lifetime of hands-on pet care experience. I provide loving, attentive, dependable care, ensuring your dog feels safe, happy, exercised, and loved. 🐾 I offer personalized, handmade, organic dog food to all of my clients. I'm a certified holistic nutritionist who works primarily from home and in private settings, which allows me to create my own schedule and spend plenty of time with the animals in my care. My two dogs are my world and are part of everything I do. They are friendly, well-socialized companions who love having other dogs to play with. When I'm not working, you'll usually find us kayaking, hiking, exploring nature, or volunteering with local organizations that support people and animals in need. I believe every animal deserves patience, kindness, and individualized care. In addition to caring for dogs, I formulate organic, species-appropriate meals for dogs and cats for my private clients. Nutrition, health, and animal well-being have been a central part of my life for many years, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and enriching home where your dog feels relaxed, happy, and truly part of the family. My home is a calm, structured, and loving environment where animals are treated as cherished members of the family. Our day begins around 6:30 a.m., with breakfast served by 7:30 a.m. Afterward, we spend time outside running, playing, exploring, and enjoying our fully fenced property with secure 8-foot fencing, along with plenty of potty breaks throughout the day. I believe dogs thrive when they feel safe, included, and loved. They are welcome throughout my home and are allowed on the furniture because they're family, not "just pets." I keep my own animals clean and well cared for, and I provide the same level of attention, affection, and respect to every dog entrusted to my care. My goal is for each guest to feel comfortable, happy, and at home during their stay.

About: Grew up w/ small dogs and cats! All have been my favorite.😫 From bottle feeding week-old kittens to park-day trips, administering medication and probiotics. Baths for the pups are no problem, too! I am free twice a day at minimum for daily drops ins with optional extended bonding and play time, as well as weekend house sitting where your fur baby will be attended to for the remainder of the night! 🐾🐈🫶🏼 I use a baby gate as a “keep-out” tool if needed to be utilized in a specific area of your home. A provided crate for dogs that are destructive when left alone or in general would be appreciated!

About: Ever since I can remember Ive always been around dogs and cats and tons of other animals! I’ve grown up on farms and so I am so used to animals, it’s become my life! I have a ton of energy and love to give. I’ve watched tons of family members animals and always put them first! I can walk, exercise, feed and water the dogs if needed. I have volunteered at the humane society for a while so I learned a lot there too. With working full time and going to school my availability is mostly the weekends, BUT when I take time off of school that may change:) When I am at someone’s home and they are trusting me with their babies, I try to make sure to take the best steps to keep them safe. If they need a leash I can do that, if there are any safety issues told to me I will take them seriously. Safety #1 then FUN!

About: I recently had two rescue heeler mixes. We competed in agility, and did herding, barn hunt, and parkour. I loved to hike, walk, run, and be active with my dogs. Now that they're gone, I have an open space in my heart for time with yours. I walk and run or hike several days out of the week. I'd love to bring your well-behaved dog along for their enjoyment and my company! Because I live up a steep gravel driveway, I prefer to meet in town or at your place to take your dog for a walk or run. But if they need to come to my place for sitting, I have a fenced yard with some agility equipment. I also have a dog door, to let them have free access to my .5 acre fenced yard. I do have a cat, so if your dog comes to my place, it will have to get along with her.

About: I was raised on a ranch with over 7 cats, 2 dogs and livestock. My mom was a huge animal lover and advocate who taught me from a very young age the importance of the respect and love we show the animals we care for. My love for animals grew and always took any opportunity I could to help rescue strays or help family and friends care for their pets. I've worked at a animal shelter and a dog boarding/daycare facility where our influx for dogs boarding has reached up to 150 for weeks. I'm experienced with almost all breeds and have a good understanding for different needs and behaviors. I'm also experienced in administering medicine and paying close attention to any animal that has special medical disorders/diagnosis. When working at the boarding facility we also offered grooming services so I can also provide nail trims, baths, teeth cleaning and brushing as an additional service to dogs that are comfortable with me doing so, I am willing to work with dogs who have anxiety as well. I'm also very experienced with cats and will have no problem with any needs they might have. My availability is currently completely open and eager to take in new clients. I'm still figuring out weekend schedules and will be updated as soon as available. I take pride in treating every animal I've encountered like one of my own and for drop in visits I'm comfortable providing whatever is apart of your fur-baby's daily routine. I want to keep them as relax and comfortable as they would be with their own family. I currently have 2 children of my own so I am very aware of the risks of not being aware of your household, all doors will always be double checked for being closed and locked as well as windows when leaving, and windows without screens will never be opened. They'll never leave my supervision if let outside, and before they are let out I always double check to make sure the gates are closed and there's not holes or any compromised spots in any of the fencing so they can't get out. All plugs and lights will be shut off when leaving the owner's house to prevent any in-home fires. And any special requests for diets and treats I'm happy to fullfil for them. If they need a crate or snuggled in their favorite blanket any special way to relax I'm always more then willing to do what makes them comfortable. For walks, I never let dogs approach another stranger or dog without consent from both parties I'm very keen on watching for animal behavior and will never put your animal in a situation where it will even be questionable. I'm willing to do small hikes for higher energy dogs but will always be in locations agreed by the owner. I'm currently able to walk dogs up to 65lbs, only exception for larger dogs is if they are very mellow dogs or trained and have no history of being reactive on walks.

Camilla was a godsend. I arranged her to relieve a cousin who was suddenly stuck w her partner in the ICU and no-one to watch her dog-child, Gracie. Camilla swooped in and then again on a moment's notice to take Gracie, a very strong german shepherd, and bring peace to a tough situation. Camilla was quick to respond, kind & an amazing dog handler. She also sent me photo's so i could breathe a sigh of relief from afar. I would trust Camilla with anything/anyone.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Medford stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Medford choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Medford with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Medford. On Rover:

  • 94% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 91% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
