I am available to take your dog out to potty and/or walk them at various times throughout the day due to my flexible schedule. For pets with separation anxiety, I can be a calming presence and offer affection and mental stimulation to help soothe your pet's worries. I am happy to work with you to make sure you and your furry friends are comfortable with me no matter what. I offer drop-in care and overnight pet sitting services for cats, dogs, and other small household pets. (I would consider offering boarding services on a case by case basis for animals with special needs.) *I am insured through Pet Sitters Associates.* I insist on meeting new potential clients and their furry friends before agreeing to any bookings to make sure we are a good fit for each other and require an in-home walk through. For overnight pet sitting, I do general household chores/clean up (i.e. taking out the trash, washing used bedding, cleaning dishes, vacuuming, scooping up dog poop, collecting packages and mail etc.) so your house is just as you left it. Terms of Service: -Meet & greets are REQUIRED before I will consider booking any pet sitting requests. I do not accept last minute requests from prospective new clients for this reason. Please contact me with enough time in advance for us to get together and see if we are a good fit for each other. (Requests will be declined and archived after prospective new clients reschedule or cancel Meet & greets twice.) -For multi-day trips, I REQUIRE a minimum of 3 drop-ins per day for dogs if you are not booking overnight pet sitting services. It is highly preferred that your dog(s) have access to a fully fenced yard using a dog door so they can go out at will. Minimum number of visits for cats is once per day. -All indoor recording devices must be disclosed prior to sittings. -Detailed care instructions need to be written out either in your pet’s Rover profile, emailed, or typed/written out in preparation for sittings. -A medical authorization form outlining care instructions/financial limits in regards to emergency treatment from your veterinarian prior to sittings is highly preferred in case you cannot be reached. Please have a payment method on file with your regular veterinarian and the emergency vet clinic, or have someone I can contact in an emergency to arrange payment for care. -No dogs will be allowed off leash outside of the owner’s property under any circumstances. This also applies for when there is no secure/fully fenced yard. -Under no circumstances will dogs be taken to dog parks due to the inherent risk involved of socializing with unknown/strange dogs. -If your pet(s) require constant care (ie. cannot be left alone for up to 4 hours at a time and for a total of 6 hours per day) the base rate will be doubled. -Owners must inform me if their dog is unspayed (over the age of 12 months) and is expected to go into heat at any time during scheduled sittings. I reserve the right to decline any such requests. -I will not pet sit any dogs under 14 weeks old. All puppies must also be up to date on their shots. No exceptions. -Please inform me of the location of any spare keys in case of lock out. If I am unable to get ahold of you or your emergency contact to regain entry within a reasonable timeframe, I will contact a locksmith. Any fees incurred will be your responsibility. -I reserve the right to terminate any client for violation of the terms outlined on my page or the Rover app, as well as but not limited to, abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, and excessive cancellations.
