“Lisa has cared for our kitty three times now this summer, and her work is excellent. Lisa is very patient with our cat, who has social anxiety and gets extremely stressed when we leave and her routine is interrupted. Gradually, Lisa has been able to build trust with her so that kitty is starting to take treats from her hand. Beyond that, Lisa is responsive and communicative, and I feel that our home is being well taken care of when she is on the job. Thanks, Lisa!”

“Once again I can not thank Lexy enough for taking care of our cat, Nestor! Lexy is incredibly kind, responsible, and accommodating! She spends time with our cat and sends the best pictures! Lexy is our go-to any time we need cat care. THANK YOU LEXY!”

“Andrea took great care of my cats while I was away over night. She was very professional and clearly cares about animals and making sure that their people feel comfortable and reassured. She kept me updated, and I wasn’t worried for a moment while I was gone.”

About: I have years of dog training experience in obedience and service dog work. I have house-sat for friends, family, and colleagues, and have cared for dogs, cats, lizards, and birds. I am well versed in dog body language and take the steps needed to make sure your pet is comfortable with the person who's entering their space. I work a full time job. I would be available after 5pm on weekdays, but I could squeeze in a drop in early in the morning if needed. I am available most Sundays. I take steps to make sure your pet is comfortable with me in their home by giving them space if they need it, figuring out what they enjoy most so that your pet can get the most out of my visits.

About: I’ve had dogs in the home since I was a child. My dogs have always been my fur babies! I currently have two senior dogs who have been with me since puppies. My experience has been with large and small dogs. I currently work from home and am available throughout the day to tend to the needs of your dog while they are staying with me. Our dogs are a part of the family and that is how your animal will be treated while they stay with us, as family. We have a fenced in yard and dogs are allowed on the furniture for cuddles. We do have a baby, so if your pup does not do well with children, we may not be a good fit. We take walks daily. If you want your dog to be crated during the night we can do so, if not we have plenty of comfy spots for them to sleep during the night.

“Andrea did such an amazing job watching my dog Pixie while I was on vacation. It usually takes Pixie a week to warm up to sitters but they were best buds by the second day. She sent me pictures everyday and treated Pixie like her own. I will 100% be using her again!”

About: I have a long history of watching and playing with lots of different pets. I have dog sat for multiple nights in a row for some of the biggest and smallest dog breeds. I live with 3 cats who differ in size and personalities and have lived with dogs my whole life. I have experience dealing with younger, more playful dogs and dogs who are on the older side. I am familiar dealing with medicines and special diets. I am a very clean person who loves animals, and animals love me! Let me take care of your lovable creatures 🙂🐈🐕 I am not in school currently, as I am in between going from community college to university but I do work. I typically work very early in the morning and my shifts are usually only 4 1/2 hours long so if I work a day I'm caring for your pet I will probably be back by the time they wake up and won't be gone for long! I have a very open schedule and can spend lots of time with your wonderful pets! I have a cat of my own I take care of and I help take care of 2 other cats, I have lived with dogs most my life but currently am not living with one. I understand the importance of schedules and playtime! I live with 3 cats and have lived with dogs my whole life, though currently I am not living with one. I know that feeding and keeping animals stimulated is very important to their health and happiness. I scoop litter, clean and vacuum, and clean pets almost every day. My clients I've had have had special diets and medications for pets so I am familiar with that, and I love a good walk!

About: I have been an animal lover since I was very young. A lot of animals, even wild animals, seem to gravitate towards me. When I was in my teens, I volunteered at a lot of shelters, and even helped rehabilitate aggressive dogs that would otherwise be euthanized. I also walked neighbors dogs and pet sit back then. Throughout my adult years, that has not changed. I still rescue dogs from time to time and find them good homes. Right now, my home is open to those who need their pets to be loved on and taken care of while they are away. My kids also love animals, and they help me give the pups and cats that we petsit a lot of extra love and attention. ☺️ Petsitting is one of my full-time jobs, but I also have a few other jobs that do not take up much of the day. ☺️ We treat all of the pups and cats we watch as if they are our own. We have a lot of long-term clients, and have formed deep bonds with the pets we petsit for. 🙂

About: I've been taking care of pets my whole life, from fish to tarantulas, but dogs have always been a special favorite of mine! I can't remember a time in my life when there wasn't at least one dog in the home, and I have always been passionate about caring for them. Friends, family, and neighbors have come to rely on me for help with their pet care as well. Between my experience with caring for dogs of all sizes, and as a certified dog groomer, I know I can give your pup the safest and most fun experience! Dog walking, dog sitting, help with training puppies, and senior care are all in my wheelhouse. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I am free for pet care weekdays, all day, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! Occasionally I can make exceptions for weekends, so don't be afraid to reach out! Safety is the #1 most important thing to me. Pets are fun, and I love loving them, but their health and safety will always be my priority. Leashes on walks, safe play, and ensuring they're safely enclosed in their backyard, crate, or other safe place before ever leaving them unattended are all basics. Whatever guidelines you set for me will be followed as well. Let's work together to play hard safely!

About: My focus: Toy Breeds (0-10 lbs) and Giant Breeds (100+), and senior dogs. My goal is to be the kind of animal care provider that I, myself, would want for my own beloved dog. Prompt, professional, huge animal lover (of course!), compassionate, worthy of your trust... and also in tune with your fluffy one to notice details big and small. Is the red ball her favorite toy? Check. Does he get only grain-free treats? Got it. Are they having a good day or do they seem a little down? Observe and report. When it comes to our beloved companions, no detail is insignificant. When my own fluffy pup is happy and content, all is well with the world. This is the peace of mind I bring to my clients: your pets are safe, cherished, and adored in my care. The human-animal bond is one of the best things in this life! Finding the right caregiver who can be consistently available for your dog is so important; what are your scheduling needs? Learning your dog’s schedule, needs, and preferred activities… it’s all part of the fun and helps create a caregiving bond you can trust! No detail is too small :)

About: I specialize in cat sitting and will spend most of the time in your home with your pets. I can give medications and insulin shots. I am retired so I have plenty of time to spend with your cats playing with and petting them. I can take care of elderly pets as well. I am limited in my mobility so dog walks are limited to 20 to 30 minutes. I can take care of pets in the client's home but not in my home. There are four cats in my home. I can sleep over or just come by for feedings + attention sessions.

14. Nicole R.
“Nicole is the best ~ our dog and 2 cats stayed with her for a few months while we were overseas. They were loved, comforted, in a happy and healthy home where they were deeply valued and played with. When we came back, it was obvious, how much affection and love went into them. Our dog was one of the pack and often slept on her bed. Our cats were given tenderness, space, and felt safe... and this after wildfire season which had really shaken them before we left them with Nicole. Nicole and her family provide a sweet oasis and sanctuary. My dog came back after cuddling with her pets a sweeter boy, and better trained at walking on his leash after his time with Nicole. Can't recommend her enough!”
