I was so nervous to use a petsitter that wasn’t friends or family for the first time, but Crissy made the process very easy. We had a nice meet and greet, and she patiently walked me through the ins and outs of using Rover to book (as it was all new to me). She asked good questions about the dogs’ care and kept me updated throughout her say with the pups. She completely understood how cat-like huskies can be and let the senior queen do her thing. Lilly and Sully seemed happy and well-cared for when I returned. I am planning to book with Crissy again next month!
All your gut instincts will tell you Bailee is one of the good ones and you’ll be absolutely right. After meeting her just once, we left for Aruba for a full week and I knew 100% that our two Great Pyrenees and little Pomeranian were in excellent care. I have a habit of adopting pups from tough backgrounds which means unique, nuanced personalities and Bailee handled their individual needs with total ease. This overprotective dog mom is endlessly grateful for Bailee’s incredible care. That peace of mind is priceless.
I cannot say enough positive things about Amber. She is a wonderful dog walker. I was recently on an extended trip and she also took extremely good care of my pup while I was traveling. I appreciate her knack for clear, concise and consistent communication. I always feel like my dog is in great hands with Amber which means the world to me! I am a helicopter dog parent, so the fact that I can trust all of my many care notes to be followed is really something to respect and appreciate. Thank you, Amber! Ellie was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a better pet sitter. She seemed to love the animals and their quirks instead of just tolerating them. She was the perfect amount of communicative, sending pics/vids every day. She paid special attention to my shy cat and it was so nice to see him out and about while we were gone. I cannot recommend Devon enough! She took care of my two cats, Maximus and Khaleesi, with such genuine love, attention, and care. Maximus can be a handful and Khaleesi has a strict feeding and insulin routine. Devon handled all of it with complete grace. She was incredibly attentive to their behaviors, responsive to any changes, and kept me updated in the most thoughtful ways. She followed every instruction with care and still managed to go above and beyond, making sure they felt safe, seen, and loved while I was away. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my cats were in hands that were not only capable, but also kind. Devon is sweet, communicative, and clearly has a natural sense for animals. I would absolutely trust her again and again with Max and Khaleesi. She’s truly a gem.
