“I highly recommend Rachel! This was my first time using Rover and I was trepidatious having someone I don't know stay in our home and with our pup for 12 nights. We had a meet and greet and our pup took to Rachel immediately. We got regular updates with photos (suggestion - with any sitter set clear expectations up front to set both parties up for success). “Melissa was amazing!! She was super flexible with our kind of last-minute booking for a two week trip. Very responsive and sent lots of pictures we had about a seven hour time difference but I always feel like I was connected to what was going on at home! Nelson is a pretty active dog and loves to go places so I got lots of pictures of them going on really fun walks around the city!! She’s also kind of a challenging dog to walk, but I love that Melissa was up for the challenge and seem to handle it really well!! She also left our apartment very clean and took great care of all of our plants! You really get the full package with her! I will definitely be booking her in the future and recommending her to all my friends!!”

I was so nervous to use a petsitter that wasn’t friends or family for the first time, but Crissy made the process very easy. We had a nice meet and greet, and she patiently walked me through the ins and outs of using Rover to book (as it was all new to me). She asked good questions about the dogs’ care and kept me updated throughout her say with the pups. She completely understood how cat-like huskies can be and let the senior queen do her thing. Lilly and Sully seemed happy and well-cared for when I returned. I am planning to book with Crissy again next month!
All your gut instincts will tell you Bailee is one of the good ones and you’ll be absolutely right. After meeting her just once, we left for Aruba for a full week and I knew 100% that our two Great Pyrenees and little Pomeranian were in excellent care. I have a habit of adopting pups from tough backgrounds which means unique, nuanced personalities and Bailee handled their individual needs with total ease. This overprotective dog mom is endlessly grateful for Bailee’s incredible care. That peace of mind is priceless.
Kayma was so very kind and easy going. My dogs felt at ease with her pretty immediately. Which, I could tell from all of the photos she sent me!!! She was very communicative and made everything feel easy. I cannot recommend her enough. Your fur kiddos will be in great hands.
Illa was professional and very responsible in taking care of my Maltese. She’s spoiled to death but that’s the way I like her to be and Illa was very respectful of that and contacted me about one issue which I definitely appreciated. It all worked out great and I definitely would recommend her for doing a wonderful job!
Ellie was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a better pet sitter. She seemed to love the animals and their quirks instead of just tolerating them. She was the perfect amount of communicative, sending pics/vids every day. She paid special attention to my shy cat and it was so nice to see him out and about while we were gone.
