I could tell she was getting the lovings she would normally receive at home and that it’s important for us in a sitter. We usually have to medicate our pup due to fireworks and she was able to keep her clam without the meds which was fabulous! “Crissy and her husband are excellent sitters. I typically use friends and family to watch my pets for short stays like this most recent one, but Ash (my cat) has had some recent health issues that required regular subcutaneous injections along with some other medications, that I felt he would be better left with a sitter. We used Crissy and Matt previously for an extended trip so I requested them again. They had minimal experience giving injections in the past but were very willing to learn how to do it! Everything went great (with regular photo updates), and I highly recommend them!! 😸”

About: I've been taking care of my own pets (4 cats and 1 dog) for years and used to work as a Rainbow Valley vet clinic walker and boarder! I am currently living in Kansas City and my beloved kitty Nala who joined me up here passed in October. So I currently do not have any pets at home and would love some company boarding animals! I love watching both cats and dogs 🥰 I work from home and have very flexible work hours, so I have plenty of time for boarding and walking! I live in a house with a yard and have plenty of space for your pets to roam indoors! I have a medium sized yard for dogs and a house all to myself most of the time for animals to have their space! I love boarding overnight because of animal cuddles. I don't have a fence, but if your dog has a harness it won't be a problem at all!

About: I’ve been the resident cat and dog sitter since I was a teen in my family and friend group. I have worked with dogs big and small, and cats of many temperaments. I have been an overnight sitter for both animals, and have experience walking, playing, following routines, and making the pets feel comfortable and loved. I have followed medication routines and given medications for both cats and dogs as well when needed, and am comfortable doing so. I am currently working part time while going to grad school, so I am back and forth from the house and able to check on any pets throughout the day. My home has plenty of space for another cat to hang out. In my home, I try to make the environment as comfortable for other pets as possible and make sure they feel safe and secure as they would in their own home. As for visiting pets at their homes, I enjoy knowing their habits and preferences, so I can cater to their needs as closely to their normal lifestyle as I can. About: I have cared for my friend’s dogs while they are away many times. I enjoy providing animals with enrichment and making sure they get ample exercise. I am careful around new dogs to let them show me what kind of care they prefer, and strive to make my time with them as enjoyable as possible for both of us. I have full time evening employment. I am available to care for pets Sunday-Thursday 9am to 2pm (meaning my latest available visit would start at 1:30pm for an 30 min visit), and All day Fridays and Saturdays! I have lots of experience with sneaky animals who love eating things they are not supposed to eat or hiding in places they should not be.
