I have always had a furry friend by my side. I grew up with dogs and I currently have a dog myself, but I love cats just as much. I have had many enjoyable visits to cat cafes and I plan to continue them. I have previously volunteered with KC Pet Project, helping them walk their many dogs as needed. I have also participated in their “Dog Day Out” opportunities. “Dog Day Out” allowed me to pick up a dog from KC Pet Project and spend the day with them. I would often take them back to my home to run and play in the yard, take them to a park with a walking trail, and get them a pup cup to end the day. It is a great time to say the least. Additionally, I have had a senior dog in the past and I know how difficult it can be sometimes. I am a very patient person and I am more than willing to give dogs and cats extra attention and assistance if needed. Who does not love a gray face? No matter how big, small, young, or old, animals will always have my heart.
