Hi, I'm Evey! I work full-time in animal care and am passionate about providing compassionate, reliable care for every companion I meet. All walk and drop-in visit requests are currently being accepted. Please note: I'm currently moving, so boarding and doggy daycare are temporarily unavailable unless services are provided in the client's home. Whether you're planning ahead or need help with a last-minute request, I'm here for you and your companions. I have over 16 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other animals, and I was raised on a horse, cattle, and pig farm, where my love for animals began. I also have extensive experience caring for companions with medical needs, including administering oral medications, injections, wound care, and more. I've worked with animals managing diabetes, distemper, food allergies, and other health conditions, so you can feel confident knowing your companion is in capable and caring hands. Every companion is unique, and I love getting to know their individual personalities. Whether your dog enjoys long hikes and outdoor adventures or prefers cozy couch cuddles, extra attention, and leisurely walks, I'm happy to provide the care that makes them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'm flexible, dependable, and committed to treating every companion as if they were my own. I also have grooming experience, so if you're interested in grooming services, just let me know. I share my life with Keiju, my black German Shepherd, who loves making new friends and welcoming new faces. We look forward to meeting you and your companions! 🐾

Schedule
Pet care is woven into my everyday life. Most of my days revolve around caring for animals, whether I'm taking dogs on adventures, providing companionship during drop-in visits, or helping pets feel comfortable and cared for while their families are away. I intentionally build my schedule around the pets I care for so I can give them the time, attention, and consistency they deserve.

My approach to pet care is centered around trust, consistency, and individualized attention. Before caring for a pet, I take the time to learn their routine, preferences, energy level, medical needs, and personality. This allows me to provide care that feels familiar and stress-free while their family is away. Whether I'm providing a quick drop-in visit, an overnight stay, a neighborhood walk, or an outdoor adventure, I focus on creating a safe, enriching, and positive experience. I am comfortable administering medications, caring for senior pets, and accommodating special needs when required. Throughout each visit, I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide detailed updates so families always know how their companions are doing.

A typical day
Fun looks different for every pet, and I love discovering what makes each companion happy. For adventurous dogs, that might mean hiking trails, long walks, exploring new sights and smells, playing fetch, or engaging in enrichment activities. For cats and lower-energy pets, it could mean interactive play, treats, brushing, affection, or simply spending quality time together. Whether we're out on an adventure or relaxing at home, my goal is always the same: to create a positive, enriching experience that keeps pets happy, engaged, and excited for our next visit.
