About: I provide calm, reliable care tailored to each pet’s needs. I have experience caring for pets of all ages and temperaments, including seniors. I’m attentive to routines and body language, and I prioritize consistency, safety, and clear communication. I’m especially good with shy or anxious pets, taking a patient, low-stress approach that lets them set the pace. I have experience administering basic medications, following detailed care instructions, and maintaining familiar routines to help pets feel secure while their people are away. I also adapt play and engagement to different physical abilities, whether that means safely helping energetic pets burn off energy or taking things slowly and gently with pets recovering from surgery. I’ve lived with cats and dogs much of my life, and while I don’t currently have pets of my own, I bring that lifelong experience to every visit. I am currently in grad school and primarily working from home, so I have a very flexible schedule. I am available for drop-in visits during the day, or can stay over with pets who need more attention and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routines and environment to minimize stress. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and household rules. I’m careful to secure doors, windows, and gates, and I keep pets away from hazards while I’m there. For overnight stays, I ensure the home is left as I found it and that pets are settled, safe, and comfortable throughout the night. I communicate clearly with owners and provide updates so they know their pets are doing well while they’re away.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I can remember. I have had all sizes of dogs growing up including litters of puppies. Grew up with boxers and a chihuahua but currently have a husky mix.
