About: I have owned and cared for all pets from dogs and cats to horses and chickens my whole life. I have experience taking friends and neighbors dogs on regular walks or hikes. I always treat them as if they were my own and love building a bond with them. I also have experience house sitting and caring for pets of all kinds. I recently graduated high school and have a very flexible schedule to meet your needs. I can’t wait to meet you furry family members! Recently graduated and have a very open and flexible schedule. Days, nights, weekends and holidays. I can work around your schedule to make it work. I am comfortable caring for pets on a strict routine or with diet needs. I construct my routes based on your pets needs, not one size fits all. If you have a puppy needing to get some energy out, we can run or hike. If you have an older pet just wanting to stay active, a leisurely walk with shade and breaks as needed will be best. There is no request I can’t work with.
“This is the 2nd time sassy has help out with my dogs and she was amazing. She updated me with how everything was going with them as well and sent pictures. I’ll definitely be using her again.”

“First time using Rover and I was very nervous. Khine sent lots of photo updates and was very considerate of my dogs needs. I think my pup had fun and I would definitely recommend Khine to others!”

About: I have dogsat for my neighbors growing up, have taken care of my own dogs while my parents were out of town, along with feeding, sitting, and taking my friends’ dogs out for frequent walks when needed. I've administered medication for dogs (pills for managing epilepsy) as well as shots for cats. I've learned to love all animals that come into my care, similar to how my mom and grandmother have operated. It would be a pleasure and privilege to bring my caretaking genes to your furry family! I also take care of birds. Let me hang out with your feathery friends! I live and work at home in Miami during the winter and spring-ish seasons and live and work across the western US for the summer and fall. My schedule is fairly flexible throughout the week until April/May when seasonal work switches my schedule to working one week on, one week off. I have lived with many animals in my lifetime, made mistakes and learned greatly from them, and fully prioritize love and safety to your animals. The beauty of living in Florida in the wintertime and the West in the summer is that taking dogs on walks in the sunshine is never a chore!
“Eve was amazing. She was so communicative and helpful. Our kitties loved her and she sent plenty of pictures. She went above and beyond to ensure our cats were taken care of and followed instructions to a T. We will absolutely be rebooking Eve I could not recommend her enough, she truly took great care of our babies!”

“First time Rover user here and WOW, was I blown away at Bri’s updates, responsiveness, and most of all the love she gave Gunner during her drop ins while I was out of town. It’s so nice to have peace of mind that my fur baby was taken care of and treated so well while I was away. I enjoyed getting photos and videos of Gunner enjoying his time. Will definitely ask Brianna again!!”

About: My childhood was surrounded by dogs. When I was 12, I had to completely take care of 4 pit bulls, a Dotson, a mixed breed medium sized dog, and 3 cats. I have watched a few friends and family's pets over the years. Before I moved here, I actually helped my cousin take care of his senior husky with low energy that needed shots for a medical condition and a 2 year old German shepherd with all the energy in the world. My foster mom also bred pugs for a living, and have had to help the momma pug give birth while my foster parents were gone. I also have a 4 year old female Black Mouth Cur named Ava, that I have had since 6 months old, and a 2 year old male pitbull terrier rescue named Bosco, that I have had for a year and counting. He is full of fear and needs a lot of patience to work through it, but after 5 months of touch and go work, he now knows what play is and has his own toys! He also is scared to eat or seems to not know what his feeding bowl is, but after different ways to show that feeding time is okay, he is slowly gaining the weight he should be at! Treats were his sweet spot for knowing it is a safe place, and my sweet Ava sped the process for getting him comfortable in his new home and now commandeers my clothing to sleep with in his bed. Due to Bosco being a rescue and has become very protective is why I can't offer in home sitting in my home but am open to dog sitting at client's homes. I am currently a new stay at home mom. I take care of my two boys and my two fur babies. I am more than ready to help others with their fur babies. Due to behavior of one of my dogs, I would not be able to comfortably care for your fur babies in my own home, but I will do the utmost care for your fur babies in your home! Give me all the rules you need followed; Outside during certain times, feeding strategies, don't sit in a certain spot or area in the home. Nothing is too much to handle! I have even taken care of dogs with potty issues and needed baths for their health care and hygiene of your home.
“Janet is very kind and was great with my pets. She fed my dogs, gave them water, took them for walks, and also fed my fish in my pond. I really enjoyed receiving the updates and photos. I was very impressed with Janet and will use her services on my next trip.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was young, especially helping with my sister’s and friends pets over the years. I’m very comfortable feeding, walking, playing, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for. I’m patient, reliable, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your animals, and I always make sure they get attention, love, and proper care. During those times, I can give your pets my full attention, including walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I always make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. I follow any specific instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, walks, and routines. I’m very attentive and patient, and I treat every pet like my own to make sure they feel secure and happy while you’re away.
“This was my third or fourth time having Joan take care of my pets. I never have to worry while on vacation. I come back to cats that are happy and healthy! Joan is prompt, reliable, and communicative with an accommodating style that makes everything so easy. Highly recommended!”

About: I treat every pet like family, giving them the same love, attention, and care I give my own. I’m experienced with both energetic puppies and sweet senior pets—patient with training needs and gentle with older dogs who need extra TLC. I’m always tuned in to each pet’s personality and comfort, whether that means long walks, belly rubs, or quiet company. Safety, consistency, and connection are my top priorities. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine—I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and make them a priority in my schedule. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening playtime, I plan my day around their needs. I’m reliable, flexible, and always happy to give pets the time and attention they deserve. Caring for animals isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I truly love doing. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours, their safety and comfort always come first. I keep a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where they feel secure and relaxed. I follow all routines closely—feeding schedules, walks, meds, and favorite toys—so pets feel right at home. I also give regular updates with photos so you always know how your pet is doing. I respect your space, your rules, and your pet’s unique needs, treating them like part of the family.
About: My sister relied on me to house sit and watch her dogs for a couple of weeks every summer when I was in middle and high school. I grew up with dogs and was responsible for taking them on walks, feeding them, brushing them, bathing them, and playing with them. I am between jobs so I am quite flexible right now. I am looking to get a full-time position at which point I will update my schedule here. My cats are feral rescues so I cannot afford to bring any other animals into my home, but I am very cautious while going on walks to be very aware of other dogs (especially off leash), people driving too fast in residential areas, and making sure to bring adequate water for walks on warm days.
“Our babies are hard to get to know without us there to coax a relationship with a new person, usually very food based and time consuming.? Somehow, Sierra managed to get our antisocial old man to come and greet her beyond the food bowl run, who is usually worse for the wear when someone else is caring for him!? She cared for a few plants and they looked better than I when I had left, and the kitties...most importantly, seemed quite content on our arrival despite only having every other day visits! We looked forward to staying up and looking at all the cute updates she gave us on their wellbeing? We really appreciated the fact that she wouldn't charge us more for having 2 cats, as they are very easy to care for. Most Rover sitters do this and it just seems unnecessary with cats, although we were fine with paying whatever needed to make sure they were happy. Bird feeder was empty coming home but we even had a hard time keeping up with refill due to the fires at the time, wildlife was pretty hungry, and I suspect they just emptied it before we came!? She cared for plants, outside birds for cat TV, and our cats for one flat rate! Even being concerned we may be stuck longer in FL due to Hurricane Ian's arrival, we were never less worried about the care of our babies on a trip! They were happy, loved on, and needs were met...which is sad to say but sometimes isn't the case having a friend/family member and even a Rover sitter in MI who had cared for them in our stead. (<-she did fine but no connection was made with our babies and only bare basics were handled) This is the first vacation that my husband and I truly felt that we could relax and know our little family back home was doing well, and were able to enjoy the little bit of fleeting time spent with family for the year.? We're new to the area, so finding a sitter who makes it possible and relaxing to go away for even a few days is the biggest godsend? We will definitely be booking her each and every time we have to leave our two fur babies at home.? Thank you for a relaxing time away, Sierra!!”
About: I have had dogs in my house since before I was born and have never gone a day with out dogs living at home. I love to take my own two dogs on walks and would love to help out others that don’t have the time or ability to take their own out on walks all the time. I currently have my two dogs, two cats and a little zoo made up of different types of pets. I typically work early mornings and I am off by noon most days so a quick afternoon walk is ideal for me. My services are available almost everyday from noon to five in the afternoon. Since I have so many of my own pets I prefer to pet sit at the clients house. I mainly offer dog walking but for any quick day trip over overnighter I am able to stop by to care for your pet and meet their needs.

“Very responsive to messages and any potential changes and sent lots of updates and great pictures from each visit! She offered to come to us for a meet-up prior to starting and everything over the week went well. Highly recommend and I will be coming to Skyeann first whenever I use this app again.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
