“Filanthi took such great care of our two pups while we were away! She was incredibly communicative and sent us daily updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was also so thoughtful and offered to have the dogs stay at her house the night before our early flight to make things easier for us. Super sweet and caring — we will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind sitter!”

“I recently gave my cat to Ronnie for the evening and couldn’t be happier! He is clearly very experienced with animals and shows so much love and care when he has them. I will definitely be calling him in the future and I reccomend you do too!”

“From the first moment I made communication with Chelsea through Rover I knew she would be great. I recommend if you want a great experience with Rover. Chelsea is the way to go for a CARING & RELIABLE dog sitter. We explained all of the needs for our senior dog and she provided all the care. My wife and I loved her positive energy and great communication during the whole experience. We will always use Chelsea in the future for our Reno dog sitter. We rate her 5 stars!”

“Gina was very communicative with me and always made sure to send updates and photos. She was very easy to work with and really took the time to understand my dog’s needs. She is an excellent dog sitter and I highly recommend her!”

“Great first-time experience. Sam, was empathetic to both our pups and my own nervousness. She gave our pups extra TLC and sent several updates and pictures putting us all at ease. She was extraordinary and would highly recommend Sam’s doggy care for your fur baby.”

“Frisco felt right at home staying with Hallie while we were away for a long weekend in Reno. Hallie was an excellent communicator and kept us updated every day with photos and messages which gave us so much peace of mind. Frisco was well cared for and having a great time playing with other dog friends too. We would absolutely book with Hallie again!”

“Kathryn was very relaxed and experienced for taking care of my dog ZuZu. She has a good home environment for ZuZu and no issues during the time I was out. I got three pictures everyday from Kathryn. ZuZu was happy with her. I would use her service again in the future!”

“Brittany is amazing. We rarely go somewhere that doesn't allow dogs, so it was a big adjustment leaving our dog with someone new for a few days. Brittany was so patient and communicative and really made the whole experience very easy for us!”

“Kilo had the best vacation stay with April & Rachel (Aliyah & Honey too). He was so happy and came home exhausted!! He needed a day of RnR from his stay. Now for my personal review. Now that I have met April & Rachel, I would not take Kilo any place else to watch our boy. I felt so comfortable after our meet & greet with the living arrangements and with the humans watching over him. I knew he would be treated like a king and in good safe hands. I didn’t have to worry about him the whole time I was gone. April & Rachel sent us photos/videos of Kilo so that I could see first hand how he was doing. He was getting the love and attention (even more than when he is at home) and this made us very happy. It’s nice to know he’s in great hands when we are away. April & Rachel will be my first call for my next trip and I would recommend them for your pups too. 🐶 🐾”

“Definitely recommend Jackson! He watched our new puppy Tom Tom and went above and beyond, cleaned up after him, sent tons of photos throughout the stay, and was easy to reach the whole time.”

“I feel so confident letting Khine watch over our Sophia kitty, she really puts in the extra effort and loves her like her own. She played new music genres and animal documentaries every day and sent so many pictures and videos of our sweet girl playing. It can be stressful to go on trips without our babies but Khine really helps alleviate that stress!”

“This is the 2nd time sassy has help out with my dogs and she was amazing. She updated me with how everything was going with them as well and sent pictures. I’ll definitely be using her again.”

About: I've housesat multiple different cats across the years, from my parents' orange cat, to roommates' cats. I've administered shots for cats in the past, and have been around enough personalities to know when to tend to them, and when to give them space.

About: I grew up with cats and was responsible for taking care of their needs growing up. I currently have two cats of my own who are very spoiled, and have watched cats for several friends over the past few years when they need to get out of town. I understand how to match a cats energy, whether it is a hyper kitty or an elderly cat that needs a calm approach.
“Joan was fantastic, as we have many animals at our house, they're all different species, with different areas and she does a great job taking care of all of them. Joan arrived right on schedule and I already have more upcoming visits with Joan. What I love the most and appreciate about Joan, is she really listens and doesn't need to ask alot of questions later and it just makes it a very stress-free situation dealing with her. There's not a lot of back-and-forth because she gets it and she gets the job done, so it's great. Highly recommend.”

“Eve was amazing. She was so communicative and helpful. Our kitties loved her and she sent plenty of pictures. She went above and beyond to ensure our cats were taken care of and followed instructions to a T. We will absolutely be rebooking Eve I could not recommend her enough, she truly took great care of our babies!”

“I recently gave my cat to Ronnie for the evening and couldn’t be happier! He is clearly very experienced with animals and shows so much love and care when he has them. I will definitely be calling him in the future and I reccomend you do too!”

“Would leave more than 5 stars if I could. Lilly went above and beyond during her stay. She helped us out a ton by taking our trash out on pickup day and washed sheets/towels that were used during her stay, which made our return that much easier. The photo and video updates of the cats helped ease our minds during our trip. Communication was excellent the whole time.”

“Our babies are hard to get to know without us there to coax a relationship with a new person, usually very food based and time consuming.? Somehow, Sierra managed to get our antisocial old man to come and greet her beyond the food bowl run, who is usually worse for the wear when someone else is caring for him!? She cared for a few plants and they looked better than I when I had left, and the kitties...most importantly, seemed quite content on our arrival despite only having every other day visits! We looked forward to staying up and looking at all the cute updates she gave us on their wellbeing? We really appreciated the fact that she wouldn't charge us more for having 2 cats, as they are very easy to care for. Most Rover sitters do this and it just seems unnecessary with cats, although we were fine with paying whatever needed to make sure they were happy. Bird feeder was empty coming home but we even had a hard time keeping up with refill due to the fires at the time, wildlife was pretty hungry, and I suspect they just emptied it before we came!? She cared for plants, outside birds for cat TV, and our cats for one flat rate! Even being concerned we may be stuck longer in FL due to Hurricane Ian's arrival, we were never less worried about the care of our babies on a trip! They were happy, loved on, and needs were met...which is sad to say but sometimes isn't the case having a friend/family member and even a Rover sitter in MI who had cared for them in our stead. (<-she did fine but no connection was made with our babies and only bare basics were handled) This is the first vacation that my husband and I truly felt that we could relax and know our little family back home was doing well, and were able to enjoy the little bit of fleeting time spent with family for the year.? We're new to the area, so finding a sitter who makes it possible and relaxing to go away for even a few days is the biggest godsend? We will definitely be booking her each and every time we have to leave our two fur babies at home.? Thank you for a relaxing time away, Sierra!!”
About: I have had dogs in my house since before I was born and have never gone a day with out dogs living at home. I love to take my own two dogs on walks and would love to help out others that don’t have the time or ability to take their own out on walks all the time. I currently have my two dogs, two cats and a little zoo made up of different types of pets. I typically work early mornings and I am off by noon most days so a quick afternoon walk is ideal for me. My services are available almost everyday from noon to five in the afternoon. Since I have so many of my own pets I prefer to pet sit at the clients house. I mainly offer dog walking but for any quick day trip over overnighter I am able to stop by to care for your pet and meet their needs.

“Skyeann did a great job caring for our cat Finn! She was extremely responsive from the beginning, took plenty of pictures to update us, and was very thorough with everything we needed. Would definitely have her sit again!”

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals for as long as I could remember. Dogs being the most common to clean up after, feed, walk and everything in between. It’s not just my animals I watch but family and friends come to me when they want someone who loves watching their babies. Also reptiles, birds, and fish. I’m currently a college student going to UNLV from Monday- Thursday at all various times. But when I’m not at school I’m always happy to watch your fur babies! I care for all pets differently depending on what each one needs. I’ve experience in giving medication on time and treat each dog as if they were my own. My home has a nice backyard to play no dogs currently but each dog has my full love and attention.

About: I had a childhood cat, named Midnight for 5 years. I also took care of the other 3 cats in my parent's home. One that was a short-legged cat named Mufasta and gave birth to a litter of kittens that I was also in charge of. There is an old friend who I watched their Maine Coon inside my home for a month. I only had my Ava at the time and had to keep them separated due to the Maine Coon being violent towards other animals and my children. Even though it was rough and suffered deep injuries in my left leg in the end. I stuck through keeping the cat for that entire month because my friend needed time to get a new home situated.
About: I have four dogs from 10 pounds to 150 pounds, and I’ve had dogs my whole life! I love taking care of animals so much that I wanted to be a vet when I was younger. I’m working part time and going to school so I should have plenty of time to play with your dogs or cats! I have two days off a week, as well! I am happy to follow any instructions for your dog’s care, I know it’s not one size fits all! Please let me know of any special commands your dog has, and I’ll be sure to try and work on them with them!

“Excellent care! Tum was very flexible in adjusting the request I placed wrong and the dogs stayed with him overnight. Came back tired and very happy! Tim shared plenty of videos and photos along the way, I had no doubts they were in the best hands ever. Thank you so much, Tim, hoping to see you again soon.”

“Our puppies love Danielle! Getting excited as we pull up to her house and then jump out of the car and run to the door and into her place! They are so happy there. Thank you for the peace of mind, Danielle!”

“I knew Fyna had a great day. She is totally tuckered out. Michelle sent many pictures and took Fyna on 3 walks. Thanks Michelle for Fyna's great time”

“Cilantro was AMAZING with our baby girl Koda!! She was sooo sweet, sent lots of pictures, and best of all took great care of our baby girl while we checked out Reno. 10/10 Recommend her for watching your fur babies ☺️”

“Nikki was absolutely wonderful with our dogs, Enero and Angelina! From the moment we met her, it was clear she genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. While we were away, she kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It wasn't just that she was doing her job—it was obvious from the way she interacted with them that she truly cared about their happiness, comfort, and well-being. Both dogs looked relaxed, happy, and well-loved in every update. Nikki went above and beyond to make sure they were cared for, and we could tell they enjoyed their time with her. We highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive pet sitter. We would gladly have her watch Enero and Angelina again!”

“We left our dog with Shawna for daycare. Shawna was an attentive caretaker and provided regular updates and photos. She carefully introduced our dog to the other dog in her care and the two pups had a good time playing. Our dog is shy and anxious with new people, but seemed to do well with Shawna.”

“Our two pups are regulars and love Cameron and Amanda. I’ll be the first to say our female Weimaraner is high strung. Somehow Amanda worked her magic and our baby girl is calming down. I’m henceforth referring to Amanda as the Weimaraner whisperer.”

“I highly recommend Carson to anyone looking for a dog walker. She is trustworthy, caring, dependable and genuinely kind, Carson walks my pups weekly, and I always have peace of mind knowing they are in good hands.”

About: My childhood was surrounded by dogs. When I was 12, I had to completely take care of 4 pit bulls, a Dotson, a mixed breed medium sized dog, and 3 cats. I have watched a few friends and family's pets over the years. Before I moved here, I actually helped my cousin take care of his senior husky with low energy that needed shots for a medical condition and a 2 year old German shepherd with all the energy in the world. My foster mom also bred pugs for a living, and have had to help the momma pug give birth while my foster parents were gone. I also have a 4 year old female Black Mouth Cur named Ava, that I have had since 6 months old, and a 2 year old male pitbull terrier rescue named Bosco, that I have had for a year and counting. He is full of fear and needs a lot of patience to work through it, but after 5 months of touch and go work, he now knows what play is and has his own toys! He also is scared to eat or seems to not know what his feeding bowl is, but after different ways to show that feeding time is okay, he is slowly gaining the weight he should be at! Treats were his sweet spot for knowing it is a safe place, and my sweet Ava sped the process for getting him comfortable in his new home and now commandeers my clothing to sleep with in his bed. Due to Bosco being a rescue and has become very protective is why I can't offer in home sitting in my home but am open to dog sitting at client's homes. I am currently a new stay at home mom. I take care of my two boys and my two fur babies. I am more than ready to help others with their fur babies. Due to behavior of one of my dogs, I would not be able to comfortably care for your fur babies in my own home, but I will do the utmost care for your fur babies in your home! Give me all the rules you need followed; Outside during certain times, feeding strategies, don't sit in a certain spot or area in the home. Nothing is too much to handle! I have even taken care of dogs with potty issues and needed baths for their health care and hygiene of your home.
About: I've had animals my whole life but started professionally working with them about 5 years ago. My own animals are special needs, so I know what it's like to need someone to care for them. I love animals and hope to get to know yours! I'm available on Saturday, Sunday, Monday afternoon/evening and the evening on Friday! Other days I work full time at an animal clinic and go to school, so weekends are what I can do for you! I am very good at reading animal behavior and knowing how to get dogs and cats to trust (or at least tolerate) me. I also am familiar with a lot of different medicines and how important it is to administer them carefully, as I had a pet with chronic illnesses and work with them daily. I want to use my knowledge from working at the clinic to help you and your pets.
“We have a rambunctious lab puppy that I worried would be too much for my parents while we were out of town. My parents raved about Brianna. She walked our dog everyday for a week and he loved it and she really helped him get some energy out! We would definitely look to book her again.”

About: Hi, I go by Ashton. I began working with dogs in a professional setting in 2011 in Anchorage Alaska. I received my Certificate to be a Professional Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College and immediately began working along side seasoned obedience, behavior modification and agility trainers. After some time I was able to begin mentoring new trainers in basic obedience, teaching them how to run puppy and adult basic obedience group classes. Though my profession career began in 2011, my passion for working with dogs truly started many years before that, here in Reno,NV, when I adopted a Chow Chow named Leo. I was just a teenager and Leo had come with several severe behavioral issues. He was both human and dog aggressive, destructive, not house broken, had sever separation anxiety, ran aware regularly and was leash reactive. Despite being uneducated in dog behavior at the time, I began to do my own research and was dedicated to teaching Leo how to feel safe, happy and confident so that he would overcome his many barriers. We walked every day and I tirelessly worked toward socializing him. When I moved to Alaska, I took Leo with me, he became my practice dog and we learned dog behavior together! In no time, he was attending puppy class with me, rolling on the floor letting puppies jump all over him. He was going on walks with other leash reactive dogs, HE was the calm presence that helped other dogs see that it was all okay. Leo learned to love people and other animals, he learn to trust and because of him and everything he overcame, my heart was set on making that difference in as many lives as I possibly could. In 2024, as a single parent, I made the difficult choice to "retire" from dog training to focus on feeding other passions and traveling with my daughter. During that time I have continued to have a lovely time with my own dogs and the dogs of close family members, but I am starting to feel the ache of wanting to help again. I have decided to offer limited services related to dog walking, drop in visits, play dates, nail trims and limited bathing/grooming. (Oh, did I mention I used to be a dog foster parent, groomer and kennel tech alongside my training?) I have outline my services in more detail below; however, feel free to reach out with any questions if you don't see what you are looking for! I look forward to hearing from you :) I am offering evening walks Monday - Friday, drop in visits and extended walks on Saturdays and Sundays. Dog Daycare is available for limited hours on Sundays and will be accepted on a case by case basis. Loose leash walking training can be provided in conjunction with walks at an additional cost. Please message for details. All dogs are required to be collared with identification for walks. I will request a microchip number if they have been chipped in the event of an emergency. For your dogs safety and mine: If your dog is an extreme puller, I may request to be allowed to use tools such as an easy walk harness and sort lead. If I do not have your dogs size, I may request you purchase one.
“Sierra is absolutely amazing! So communicative and respectful! She always goes above and beyond with my doggie! She’s also super reliable and just a really great person overall. It’s always daunting to invite someone into your home, but Sierra has so much integrity and empathy and compassion. My doggie and I really appreciate her so much!”

“We are so happy to have met Neesa, she’s always available and promptly helps us with our pets, long walks, follows all directions and goes above and beyond by bringing boxes and trash bins in.”

“This was the second time Kelly sitting my dog Cookie. From the daily pictures Kelly sent to me, I saw Cookie enjoyed a lot during the stay. I'm very grateful to have Kelly. Thank you.”

“Aaron and Nicole were great. Our pup was comfortable with them right away. They have a warm, dog-safe environment and the whole family seems to really care for the dogs. Will definitely book with them again.”

“Crystal took great care of our very anxious pup. The multiple pictures and videos help put his anxious owners at ease. He loved playing with their Aussie, Leila, which helped him adapt quickly. Highly recommend:)”

“Maria is wonderful and our Sammy had a great time with her and her family. We appreciated all the updates and photos to know he was settling in well. We will definitely use Maria in the future.”

“Danielle was great communicating with us and sent photos of my dog Ume while I was away. Ume was able to sleep with her on the bed. Danielle was able to keep with Ume's eye drop schedule and administer her eye drops. Thank you! We will book again :)”

“Ivy took great care of our boy! She sent us pictures and messages about how he was doing. He appeared happy and healthy upon pick up. Ivy has a big back yard that worked well with our energetic and active Labrador. I would highly recommend Ivy as a trusted pet sitter!”

“Shannon and David were a delight to work with; prompt with availability, clear and responsive in communication, and so full of care and attention when watching Willa. For this past trip, I (the primary owner) was out of service and needed to connect Shannon and David with my partner. They were willing to accommodate this secondary contact. They also went above and beyond in picking Willa up from her previous sitter. All of the communication leading up to the trip made me feel like Willa would be in conscientious care and that proved true. Willa was excited to see me when I picked her up, but she also seemed at home and at ease. I highly recommend Shannon and David!”

“Another 5 Star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 experience with Shanna!! We left for 2 weeks during Christmas and she treated or dogs and cats like members of her own family. She sent pictures everyday of the babies playing and having fun, gave the dogs a bath, cleaned up our house, and even left us all sweet and thoughtful Christmas gifts!! Thank you thank you thank you for keeping our family safe and happy while we were away ♥️♥️♥️”

“Tim was an excellent with Luna. I went on vacation for 12 days and was very responsive when it came to updates and pictures. Luna looked like she had a great time with all of the outdoor adventures Tim took her on. Most definitely a reliable dog sitter.”

“My three dogs were well taken care of if not spoiled during their week stay. My blind Chiweenie puppy fell in love with Lauren! The feeling was mutual. You cannot ask for more than that! I would recommend boarding or sitting your dog(s) with Lauren. ❤️❤️❤️”

“Millie loves going to see Megan’s family. I never worry if she’s well cared for. When my flight was delayed she was more than accommodating. Will never use anyone else🥰”

“Jacob and his fiancée did such a wonderful job taking care of Teddy! He provided photos and updates often and I was confident he was being well taken care of. My puppy always looked so happy and like he was always having so much fun!”

“Elizabeth was very accommodating with our Gracie. Gracie is like an (only child dog) she is spoiled we let her go wherever she wants beds, couch, etc, etc. I told her we are not very good parents for a dog, but apparently she did ok at Elizabeth’s house. I had told her feel free to discipline if you need to. Gracie came home in either a very depressed or exhausted state. We all said she is different! We are thinking she had such a good time being with other dogs (Tilley) and the children that things are just to boring at our house! We think she will adjust back to the loneliness of no other dogs at our house, but she thoroughly enjoyed herself! We are very grateful for the care that was given to her.”
