About: I grew up around dogs, a jack russell terrier, a black lab and shepherd mix, and German sheperds. I helped take care of the dogs, feeding them, taking them outside, and also playing with them. I have experience with puppies, as well as senior dogs. I have some experience with cats as well, as my mother currently owns 2 and I've fed and entertained them. I am also a UNR student studying Theatre, so during the regular school season, my schedule may vary but as long as I'm not in class or working on a production, I'm generally free and would love the chance to walk/watch your wonderful pet(s). As a theatre student at UNR, my schedule can vary, but please reach out if you have questions about a specific day and/or time! I cannot board pets in my home, but I can certainly walk your pets, and care for them in your home if you need to leave them home for long periods of time. About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs and also house sat back in California. My 2 sons are so gentle with animals and loves them just as much as me. I’m currently not working, just a stay at home mom who is trying to make some extra income. My son goes to school M-F so all I have to do is pick ups & drops off other than that I am home. About: I have 3 dogs at home, which are my mom and my sisters dogs. I have grown up with them and helped care for each one. Mainly my dog Luna who we have had for 5 years and is the most sensitive of them all. She has food allergies so we are very careful what we feed her. Having three Frenchies in the house I know how to care for very high maintenance dogs. I am currently a full-time online student, and I work part-time. I am able to feed and let out dogs in the morning and I am back home by 3:30pm. However, I have my sister and my mom, who work from home and are willing to help me with my dog sitting. About: 1st ingredient is passion! Ive had a love for animals since is was a kid. After high school I went to school in Manhattan and worked walking dogs and was hooked. I Went on to get my certification in basic obedience training. I have worked on and off my whole life with dogs it is truly the best job in the world to me. All the years that i have been with dogs all my clients say I am trustworthy, reliable and will go beyond the call of duty to help animals. My main objective whenever I take on an animal of any kind is Safety First! I always evaluate the animal to see how it responds to its owner and then how it responds to me and then how we respond together as a pack. Even if the client tells me their animal is okay to walk with me with other animals if I sense any sort of tension I will say no. Dogs do not have the ability to reason that's why it is very very important to speak their language and sometimes that takes a lot of patience which I have because of my devotion. I am recently retired, 2 years now. That gives me a free week including weekends to provide love and care for all fur babies in need. My entire condominium is set up for Doggy Daycare and it's wonderful it's very welcoming! There are quite a few walking paths in the neighborhood! I live in a 2 story condo with 2 private balcony's. I am on the end unit and have that side of yard (not fenced) to myself. I installed 3 separate auger tie-out cables into the ground., each 30 ft. The condo association takes care of the yard so it is well maintained. This is roughly a 10 unit dwelling surrounded by houses. 75% familys. We also have our own park. walking path and a field dedicated to dogs. I live up against BLM land so there is an awesome path to walk up as well. At at Doggie Daycare they all know when it's time to go for there afternoon walks it is the cutest thing to watch them go to the front door and wait. I'm old school and still live by "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" And " treat it like it was your own" I believe all living things and non should be treated with respect. I can assure you lots of play time and love!

About: My sister relied on me to house sit and watch her dogs for a couple of weeks every summer when I was in middle and high school. I grew up with dogs and was responsible for taking them on walks, feeding them, brushing them, bathing them, and playing with them. I am between jobs so I am quite flexible right now. I am looking to get a full-time position at which point I will update my schedule here. My cats are feral rescues so I cannot afford to bring any other animals into my home, but I am very cautious while going on walks to be very aware of other dogs (especially off leash), people driving too fast in residential areas, and making sure to bring adequate water for walks on warm days.

About: Starting in 2017 I moved in with my best friend and as supplemental income we started dog sitting- that lasted almost 4 years! Even though I don’t live there anymore I still have all that experience just waiting to be utilized once again ! Although on a much smaller scale, since before we would have up to 13 dogs at a time. I am a mom of two. I have one cat and one dog and they are loved and treated as though they are as human as my children, of which I can guarantee your pets will receive the same love and attention. This is my full time job now, I quit being a dental lab technician recently after 10 years to spend more time at home being a mom to my kids and your pups! I have a fully fenced backyard, as well as baby gates in many sections of my home to create separate spaces should the need arise for pets to be separated. Because I am a stay at home Mom at the moment there will be times I will be out of the house; doctors appointments, school pick up or school drop off, or things like grocery shopping. Your pet should be okay to be left alone during these brief periods of time, between 1 to 4 hours depending on what I have happening. If you’re uncomfortable with your dog roaming my home or being unattended, I encourage you to bring a kennel for safety and peace of mind when me and/or my husband are not in the home for those brief periods.

About: Hi, I go by Ashton. I began working with dogs in a professional setting in 2011 in Anchorage Alaska. I received my Certificate to be a Professional Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College and immediately began working along side seasoned obedience, behavior modification and agility trainers. After some time I was able to begin mentoring new trainers in basic obedience, teaching them how to run puppy and adult basic obedience group classes. Though my profession career began in 2011, my passion for working with dogs truly started many years before that, here in Reno,NV, when I adopted a Chow Chow named Leo. I was just a teenager and Leo had come with several severe behavioral issues. He was both human and dog aggressive, destructive, not house broken, had sever separation anxiety, ran aware regularly and was leash reactive. Despite being uneducated in dog behavior at the time, I began to do my own research and was dedicated to teaching Leo how to feel safe, happy and confident so that he would overcome his many barriers. We walked every day and I tirelessly worked toward socializing him. When I moved to Alaska, I took Leo with me, he became my practice dog and we learned dog behavior together! In no time, he was attending puppy class with me, rolling on the floor letting puppies jump all over him. He was going on walks with other leash reactive dogs, HE was the calm presence that helped other dogs see that it was all okay. Leo learned to love people and other animals, he learn to trust and because of him and everything he overcame, my heart was set on making that difference in as many lives as I possibly could. In 2024, as a single parent, I made the difficult choice to "retire" from dog training to focus on feeding other passions and traveling with my daughter. During that time I have continued to have a lovely time with my own dogs and the dogs of close family members, but I am starting to feel the ache of wanting to help again. I have decided to offer limited services related to dog walking, drop in visits, play dates, nail trims and limited bathing/grooming. (Oh, did I mention I used to be a dog foster parent, groomer and kennel tech alongside my training?) I have outline my services in more detail below; however, feel free to reach out with any questions if you don't see what you are looking for! I look forward to hearing from you :) I am offering evening walks Monday - Friday, drop in visits and extended walks on Saturdays and Sundays. Dog Daycare is available for limited hours on Sundays and will be accepted on a case by case basis. Loose leash walking training can be provided in conjunction with walks at an additional cost. Please message for details. All dogs are required to be collared with identification for walks. I will request a microchip number if they have been chipped in the event of an emergency. For your dogs safety and mine: If your dog is an extreme puller, I may request to be allowed to use tools such as an easy walk harness and sort lead. If I do not have your dogs size, I may request you purchase one.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs and also house sat back in California. My 2 sons are so gentle with animals and loves them just as much as me. I’m currently not working, just a stay at home mom who is trying to make some extra income. My son goes to school M-F so all I have to do is pick ups & drops off other than that I am home. I have a fenced yard and 2 friendly dogs that love other animals. I do have a cat that always keeps to herself. My animals are very easy going.

We left our two golden retrievers with them while we were away on a Christmas vacation / getaway, but I think the real vacation was the stay Emberly & Rippy had while we were away.
