“Bethany was an absolute lifesaver this weekend dropping in to check on my cats! One of my cats has a medical condition and needs medicine with her food, and the other, we discovered likely has severe anxiety issues when we leave town, because he was not nice to poor Bethany at all!! However, Bethany was so friendly and patient with both cats as well as myself!! I highly recommend her!!”
About: I have taken care of friends and neighbors dogs starting 20 years ago. We had dogs as I was growing up. I can provide play and enrichment for the energetic ones and laptime for the low-key ones. If they need meds or a special diet, I can make sure they stay on schedule and on plan. They will be safe and cared for while you are away. I work remotely with a pretty flexible daily schedule. Pet visits are scheduled within my day. While I am with your Pet they will have my full attention. Caring for your pet in your home is a big responsibility and I take it seriously, but it is also where your pet is most secure and comfortable. It is where their bed and their toys are and where they expect you to return. Keeping them safe and happy is my biggest priority.
“LaJuan was really great and took wonderful care of our cats this last week! We have some very specific needs for one of our cats, and she was attentive to all our weird requests.”

About: Hi there! My name is Kelsie. I’m passionate about providing excellent quality care toward your beloved fur-babies! I’ve been around animals my whole life - dogs, cats, and chickens even, so I know what it takes for giving top-notch attention and service toward your animal(s)’ needs! I value safety, exercise, quality, and most of all, fun! I’m reliable, responsible, and communicative. Your pet(s) will be treated as if they’re my own. You will receive regular updates and pictures while you’re away. I will ensure your pet(s) receive the quality of care and attention they deserve, from giving them all the attention, to medications, to exercise - they will leave having a paws-itive experience!! I’m a real estate agent, so I have a flexible schedule to be able to adjust and take care of the needs of your wonderful fur-babies! I have a very friendly and talkative 10 year old Siberian Husky and a 2 year old black cat. They have been around other animals and get along with them just fine and are always out. I also have a large crate, if you need it. There are plenty of toys and I will provide treats (with permission) or if you prefer to use your own - whatever you’d like! Exercise will include walks around my neighborhood.
About: Hi there! I’m Justine — a super friendly, animal-loving pet sitter with 8 years of veterinary assistant experience. 🐾 I am new to Rover. Just moved here to North Carolina recently! I have a deep passion for caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages — from playful puppies to senior companions needing a little extra love. I share my home with 3 dogs and 2 cats of my own, so I truly understand how much your pets mean to you — they’re family, and I’ll treat them like my own. With my vet background, I’m very comfortable giving medications (oral, topical, or injectable), handling special needs pets, and understanding animal behavior. Whether your pet is anxious, high-energy, or shy, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. You can count on me for: ✔️ Reliable, loving care ✔️ A calm, experienced hand for nervous pets ✔️ Updates with photos and messages to give you peace of mind ✔️ Lots of playtime, snuggles, and personalized attention I look forward to meeting your furry family and being someone you can trust again and again! I do currently work full time throughout the week in Huntersville and generally have weekends off. I am off Tuesday’s as well. I am flexible and starting to save for radiology school. When caring for pets in their home, my goal is to keep them feeling safe, loved, and comfortable by maintaining their regular routine as closely as possible. 🦴 For drop-ins, I’ll make sure your pet is fed on schedule, has fresh water, gets a potty break or litter box cleaned, and gets one-on-one attention through play, snuggles, or quiet companionship — whatever they enjoy most. 🐾 For dog walks, I focus on safe, fun, and enriching walks that match your dog’s pace and energy level. I always watch for signs of stress, avoid unsafe areas or encounters, and make sure they come home happy and tired. 🏡 For house sitting, I provide full-time love and supervision, keeping your pet’s day-to-day life as normal as possible — meals, walks, play, medication if needed, and bedtime routines. I also respect and care for your home like it’s my own: clean, secure, and neat when you return. With 8 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, I’m very comfortable with pets of all ages and medical needs, including giving medications and recognizing early signs of illness or stress. I always send regular updates with photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands
