“This was our first time using Rover. We’ve always had family or people we know care for Gracie while we are away. We contacted Brianna through the Rover app. She responded quickly and we arranged a meeting. After meeting Brianna we felt confident that she would take good care of our Gracie. Brianna kept Gracie at our home for 2 days and 2 nights. While we were away, we kept in touch with Brianna. She was always quick to respond. It was evident that Gracie was well cared for and became attached to Brianna. Brianna took great care of Gracie and our home. Brianna was the perfect sitter for Gracie. We would definitely call on her to help us with Gracie in the future.”

About: I’m Lawrence and I love dogs. Pet sitting is so rewarding! I also love that I have the freedom to work at home, while caring for animals. You’ll love that I’m able to spend the entire day with your dog so I can get to know their personality and individual needs. Customers remark say I have calming energy that animals feed off and creates a great environment for their care. I pay the utmost attention to the owner’s wishes and perspective as well as the dog themselves. I treat and respect every stay as a unique experience and hope to connect with you to create a respectful and symbiotic relationship. I live in a cozy home in Norwalk with Gabby. Our neighborhood is dog-friendly and perfect for walking. The streets are calm and you can rest assured your dog is in safe hands when walking around my neighborhood. We have a great park across the street from my house which, with your permission, I’d love to take your pup to. I have a range of experience with all sizes, breeds, and personalities of pups. I grew up with Shepherds and Labs but have spent time with many dogs. My fiancé Gabby will be there as well to provide extra cuddles. My clients have fallen in love with her natural ability and calmness. She’s a great partner and your pup will be lucky to have us both in their care. When I’m not spending time with pups (or when I am), I enjoy relaxing with Gabby, developing video games and skateboarding.
“This was our initial time using Rover. We are very particular with our fur babies. Kristina was very welcoming and assuring. We had a meet and greet with just her and then with our girls. I left having every confidence in her ability. We were gone for a week and she sent daily photos and updates. She treated our girls like her own. We will definitively be using her services again, and I highly recommend her. Thank you so much!”

“Nicole is so great with our puppies. They look forward to seeing her every time. She is so respectful of our house and our wishes for our animals. We will be booking her again and again.”

“I will hire Diana every time I need to leave town. She followed my instructions to the letter. She came back to return my key and my 3 dogs were all happy to see her again. She noticed one of my dogs was needy and she also had to deal with a shelter/adopted German Shepherd that is afraid of everything. She was on time. Stayed through the nights I requested. I love that she loved my babies while I was gone for the weekend.”

About: Hi! I’m Benjamin, and caring for dogs has been a steady, grounding part of my life. I believe dogs do best with consistency, calm energy, and attentiveness, and that’s exactly what I provide. I’m especially good with dogs who benefit from: • predictable routines • patient handling • clear boundaries paired with affection • attentive observation (I notice changes in behavior, energy, and comfort) I understand that every dog has their own needs, quirks, and comfort levels, and I take time to learn what makes each dog feel safe and relaxed. Whether that’s extra outdoor time, quiet companionship, or structured play, I adapt to your dog—not the other way around. I’m reliable, communicative, and respectful of your home and your pet’s routine. I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes so you can feel confident your dog is being well cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I structure my days around consistent check-ins, walks, feeding times, and quiet companionship, so pets aren’t squeezed in between other commitments. I plan my schedule intentionally to make sure I’m present and attentive during care visits, whether that’s active play, calm supervision, or simply being there so a pet feels secure. Because I value routine and predictability, I’m reliable about timing and follow care instructions closely. Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, and it’s part of how I keep my days grounded and purposeful—not an afterthought. I’m used to caring for dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I regularly care for my own dog, Mara, as well as my mom’s three dogs, so I’m comfortable balancing routines, play, rest, and individual needs. In my home or a client’s home, I focus on: • following established feeding, walk, and medication routines • providing appropriate exercise and mental stimulation based on each pet’s energy level • offering calm supervision and companionship, especially for dogs who need reassurance • keeping environments clean, safe, and low-stress I pay close attention to body language and behavior, adjusting care as needed. Whether that means extra outdoor time, structured play, or quiet downtime, I aim to help pets feel secure and settled while their owners are away. I also communicate clearly with pet parents, sharing updates so they know their pets are comfortable and well cared for.
“Gabby is the best! This was my first time being away from Oliver overnight since we adopted him and I was very nervous. She took great care of him and I could tell he had a blast with her.”

About: When my husband and I moved in together 5 years ago, we decided to foster dogs knowing that we were not ready for the lifelong commitment of a pet of our own. I was raised in Raleigh with cats and backyard chickens, and he was raised on an NC farm with cats, dogs, chickens, and goats. We both LOVE animals and decided to foster with Australian Shepherds Furever Fostering agency during the pandemic. We successfully took in, trained, and found homes for 5 wonderful dogs - each with different needs and have helped out with other dogs in the agency. When we were no longer able to take on the full commitment of fostering, we transitioned to dogsitting and have cared for 1-2 dogs at a time over the past 4 years. Currently, we do not have a foster or a dog or our own at our house and are available to dogsit and care for other animals. We especially love caring for senior dogs and dogs who like to go on runs and hikes. I typically am available 3 days a week and any doggy daycare guests I have with me will have more full attention to follow me around, go for walks and play in our backyard, and occasionally go on field trips to a public park, cafes, or meetup with another dog friend. I bake homemade dog treats frequently as well and the dogs love to help bake! I have used martingale collars and harnesses on all of our fosters and have extra leashes. I have a fully fenced backyard and 2 different sized crates available if needed. My house is fully puppy-proofed, I have a variety of different types of dog toys for both mental and physical stimulation, and I am very flexible with accommodating special requests for all of our dog guests. When I am available to care for dogs on my days off or weekends, I am fully available to be with them and I love to take backyard fetch and potty breaks in the morning and afternonon and longer walks/runs at lunch or in the evening. For dogs that are boarding with me, we like to plan dog-friendly activities in the evenings whether that's going to a dog park, a cafe, watching a movie at home on the couch together, or doing house projects. I love having a dog by my side at all times, and they love it too. All dogs will receive a full sniff-tour of our house and yard upon arrival so that they are comfortable with their surroundings. Our house has been rigorously puppy-proofed for safety and our backyard is fully fenced. Whenever dogs go out into the backyard, I am out there with them to supervise, play, and ensure that they are safe at all times. All dogs in my care will receive positive-reinforcement for good behavior and maybe a treat or two with permission of the owner.

Kelsey was absolutely wonderful with Romeo during our 5-day trip! She took excellent care of him in our home and was reliable, attentive, and clearly genuinely cared about Romeo’s wellbeing. Romeo clearly loved her and was completely comfortable in her care. She took pics and sent us daily updates. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands while we were away. We would definitely book with Kelsey again and highly recommend her to other dog parents!

I can't say enough good things about Michelle and Aurelio!! They took amazing care of my dog this weekend not only checking in on him regularly but also bringing him over to her house to play with her own dogs, which he absolutely loved! She was incredibly communicative, keeping me updated with photos and messages throughout the day. I really appreciate how attentive and caring she is, and it's clear Griffey had a blast. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking her services again!
