About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong experience and genuine passion for caring for dogs. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 15 years old, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to care for dogs of all ages—from playful puppies to senior companions. I’ve personally house trained all of my own dogs growing up, so I’m very comfortable with helping reinforce good habits and routines. In addition to puppy training, I’m also attentive to the special needs of senior dogs, including slower-paced walks, medication schedules, and making sure they’re comfortable and well-cared for. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs so they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly routine! I have a hybrid work schedule, which means I'm home most of the week and only go into the office two days. This allows me to be present and attentive, giving pets the love, care, and attention they need throughout the day—whether it’s for walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and love incorporating pet care into my everyday life. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is always to make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I tailor my care based on the pet’s routine and needs, whether that means sticking to a specific feeding schedule, giving medication, going on regular walks, or simply spending quality time playing or cuddling. When pets stay in my home, they’re treated like part of the family. I provide a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention and affection throughout the day. For in-home visits or house sitting, I’m respectful of my client’s space and aim to keep things as close to the pet’s normal routine as possible to help reduce stress while their owner is away. No matter the setting, I focus on clear communication, reliable care, and lots of love to give pet parents peace of mind.

About: Hi, I’m Linda—your friendly neighborhood pet pal from the Northmont corner of La Mesa—a lifelong dog-and-cat whisperer with a soft spot for neighborhood strolls, sunny snuggle sessions, and furry companions of every kind. From playful pups to wise old whiskers, I’ve shared my home and heart with my dachshunds and kitties galore—and I still believe there’s nothing better than earning a tail wag or a quiet purr of approval. I'm 100% retired and based in La Mesa’s Northmont area, I live near Northmont park…with lots of room for running and chasing a ball, or just lounging under a shady tree. I bring calm, consistent care with a side of local flair. Your pet and I might wander familiar trails, explore shaded sidewalks, or simply lounge on the porch with the breeze in our fur. Whether it’s a walk, a weekend stay, or just a drop-in cuddle and kibble check, I’ll treat your four-legged family like my own—with warmth, punctuality, and lots of love. Let’s make your time away feel like just another cozy day for your pet. I'm 100% retired and based in La Mesa’s Northmont area. I am currently available 7 days/week. Prefer early morning walks if possible to protect your pet's paws from hot pavement and heat of the day. I prefer not to provide visits to my personal home, but more than willing to care for your fur babies in your home, where they're comfortable and in their familiar environment. I’m fully insured with professional PCI ("Pet Care Insurance") liability coverage, including animal bailee and veterinarian reimbursement—giving you peace of mind while your pets are in my care. Safety, trust, and premium service are always my priority.

“Alex was awesome! Being gone for a few days from my babies was so hard for us but She would update me on how our babies were doing by sending photos. All around I would definitely recommend her and will use her again in the future!”

“Justine always does a fantastic job watching our pack, even our tortoise loves her. The dogs are always excited to see her and she does a great job keeping us updated on all their picky eating habits and fun walk adventures. She definitely makes us feel much less stressed about leaving our dogs and we are so appreciative of the time and care she gives to them while we’re away. Our house is always clean and calm when we get home and the dogs are always happy. Justine is the best, I don’t know what we’d do without her.”

About: I have been around all type of animals since I was born. I grew up with a weekly visit to my families farm, which kickstarted my passion for animal-care and provided a strong foundation to understanding all creatures and ensuring they are living their best lives. In high school, I worked at a dog-boarding facility called Shamrock Ranch, feeding, walking, and loving on the residents. Since graduating in 2020 and moving to San Diego, I have acquired my own pack of 3 land-sharks, all with their own array of needs being rescue dogs. Hence, I am capable and comfortable handling dogs with special needs, reactivity, and those who just need a little longer to warm up. I also have been rescuing rats for years, so I am very familiar with their needs and would love to help with yours! I currently only work at farmers markets on the weekends serving up Buddah bowls, so my schedule is wide-open on weekdays and weekend afternoons / evenings. Having rescue dogs with different needs, I am always very aware of my surroundings and observant of potential triggers. I am also a very detail oriented person, always double-checking that the doors are locked behind me, etc.

“Sabrina took such good care of my pups who get really bad separation anxiety. I hired her to watch them while we took a day trip and they got plenty of attention. They were happy dogs when we returned home.”

“Janet house sat and watched our crazy 5.5 month old puppy and our 13 year old dog while we were on vacation. She stayed at our house and every day she sent us updates and pics of our girls. Our older dog takes quite a few meds and Janet was diligent with all of them. Our neighbors reported seeing lots of walks and attention. The girls were looking happy and well when we got home. Our home was clean as well. We would definitely book Janet to stay with the girls again!”

Cameron H.
“Cameron has been a house sitter for me on multiple occasions. I have two geriatric cats and they are super fussy about everything! Cameron does a great job of making sure their needs are met while I am out of town. He makes sure they get the right amount of water added to their wet food so they don't get constipated. He cleans the cat box daily because they won't use it if it is super dirty. He even waters my plants and takes in my mail. He's also very sweet and kind and communicates with me about my cats after he comes by. I highly recommend him for any job concerning pets that you have!”
