“Lee did a great job with my dog Riley. They were flexible about the start time for daycare and sent pictures to update me. Riley had a really good time sitting out back in the sunshine, and was happy and relaxed when I picked him up.”

“Ellie had a great day with Danielle and Joel! They were very active with her and gave her plenty of outdoor time which we so appreciate! Our pup came home happy and sleepy from her day of play.”

“I am extremely protective of my fur baby and thus picky when it comes to who I trust him with! I was so relieved when I found Jeremy this summer before starting back to teaching. I have peace of mind now because I know Jeremy is giving my dog Teddy great care and attention. Jeremy is a kind, thoughtful and positive person and also professional. Teddy is a smart dog who needs stimulation and he gets access to a bunch of toys which he picks through and chooses from! He also gets good work outs on his walks. He comes home tired and happy! I highly recommend Jeremy.”

“Aman was very kind and gracious to watch our dog Whiskey on fairly short notice. He took great care of her and was highly responsive! I would definitely recommend and will reach out to him in the future.”

“Lilly accepted my request on short notice and was easy to talk to. Upon meeting, she was friendly, punctual, sure to ask all the right questions. She sent me timely updates throughout the day and once it was time to go my little dog wanted to stay. Sure-shot for kind care!”

About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. Even when clients start as one-offs, they usually stick around—because I strive to be a resource for dogs and their families. That’s why I call this place a home away from home. If you're interested, I invite you to come by for a meet and greet—see the space, meet me, and let me meet your little one. I look forward to being your dog’s new best friend! Canine care is my daily life. The dogs are with me throughout the day—whether we’re in the yard, around the house, or out on a trail. I structure my routine around their needs, with group outings, downtime, and a consistent rhythm. If my personal life calls me away, I have an amazing assistant Alaina who steps in. She also co-runs the daycare! I focus on keeping things consistent, calm, fun, and full of bonding—play, rest, outdoor time, and enrichment are all part of the daily rhythm. Outside of daycare hours, the space functions as our home too, so dogs experience a relaxed, real-life environment, not a facility. I send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day.

“Athena is great! Rockee is always excited to see her in the morning, and I appreciate her flexibility with my work schedule and open communication. She’s also been helping with Rockee’s reactivity and I’ve noticed a calmer demeanor when he’s around other dogs. Thank you Athena!”

“Thank you Courtney for being so caring and patient with Kaia! Spending her first year in pandemic isolation, along with being a loyal protector of the herd has made change a bit stressful. She is very loving and playful when most comfortable and I have confidence that she will get there. We look forward to our next visit! You are a gem!”

“My puppy had such a fun full day with Heather! I was so relaxed knowing he was in such great hands while I was away for the day. Being able to see Socks have such a great time via picture and video updates throughout the day was awesome and very reassuring! Heather’s communication was excellent and professional! I would 100% recommend Heather to anyone looking for a great sitter. I’m so happy I connected with her on this app and I will definitely be utilizing her services anytime I need excellent care for my baby while I am away”

About: ***IMMEDIATE JACK LONDON SQ ONLY FOR WALKS/DROP-INS PLEASE *** Trust is everything, especially when it comes to caring for our pups! I believe ALL dogs are stars with their own unique "genre" (Punk, EDM, R&B, Rock, Pop, easy listening) and let's face it, this is how they crack us up on a daily basis! I believe positive reinforcement, but also Cesar's Way (exercise, discipline, affection) and include lots of playfulness in the process (solo or with my pup - your preference). I enjoy assisting in ongoing training (how to improve walking on a leash, how to look good for their "Dogs playing poker" portrait, etc) while in my care. Whether it be for a brief stay or a brisk walk (A tired dog is a happy dog!) I can't wait to meet your fluffy family member and help ease your mind while you are away from them. I have worked with dogs that may be fearful or have anxiety (many often confuse with being "aggressive" when this is not the case). Being attentive on our walks at all times is paramount...I'm not one who focuses on looking at my phone constantly (unless I'm taking pics of our walk to send to you!) while letting your pup pick up or eat something they shouldn't. Many thanks! I currently work from home and have flexibility to work with local dogs for walks/drop-ins in the Jack London Square area and boarding (near or far). I have a large fenced patio and is easy to monitor the fur monsters if they want to enjoy the outdoors a bit during their day.

“I dropped off my dog Niles Crane at Charlene's place for a day of doggy daycare and it was clear from the start that Charlene truly cared about NIles' wellbeing. I received photos and videos throughout the day and it looked as if Niles was having a blast! He came home happy and exhausted. We have already booked an overnight stay so Niles can visit his friends again. If you're looking for someone who will treat your dog as one of their own, look no further.”

“This was our first daycare session. Our pup had a friend here already so I think she had a relatively good day considering it was her first day! Thank you for caring for our girl! Loved all the pictures throughout the day!”

“Didem and her husband always take great care of Zeke, and he is always excited to spend time with them. Didem is very responsive and communicative. I trust and highly recommend her!”

“Amy is great and I’m so glad we found her on Rover. I love her high energy and spirit! Milo came home a happy and tired camper. Amy even tried to help us with his pulling which we greatly appreciate. Milo is a 70+ pound goldendoodle so that is no small feat! Thanks Amy!”

“Alfredo took great care of our boy Bruno when we needed last minute day care on Friday night. He was very communicative, and quick to respond. Bruno was one happy camper with Alfredo!”

“Jesse was so great with our puppy. His Shepards welcomed our pup as one of their own and we are so happy to see our pup is having a fun time while his owners are at work. Our pup always comes home tuckered out and is excited to go every morning! We will continue to use Jesse for all our dog sitting needs!”

Aimee E.
“I truly cannot say enough good things about Aimee. We met her through Rover when our dog Zoe was a puppy, and over the last few years, she has become a part of Zoe's family. Aimee watches Zoe for both daycare and boarding. Aimee brings a lot of fun (beach trips!), stimulation (toys, a doggie pool!), training, and most importantly, a ton of love and care to Zoe's life. It's clear that Aimee is passionate about dogs, and really takes the time to get to know each pup - their personalities, quirks, and needs. She also has excellent judgment. For example, when Zoe was in her care while we were out of the country, Aimee noticed that Zoe wasn't acting like herself and ended up taking her to the vet on our behalf and updated us frequently. We always feel like Zoe is in good hands while in Aimee's care. She has has excellent communication and we also love the videos and photos she sends throughout the day. I HIGHLY recommend Aimee for both boarding and daycare. She is a gem and we feel lucky to have her!”

Gregory R.
“I relied on Greg to provide a safe and affectionate environment for almost two years before I moved to Southern California. My pup, Frankie, came from the shelter with a fear of men which made finding a pet sitter a challenge. I once asked my male neighbor to walk my dog as a favor, and he was afraid that my nutty little Spaniel was going to bite him! In contrast, Frankie never ever feared Greg, and that gave me peace of mind when I dropped him off. Greg was also cognizant of Frankie's sensitivities and took care to not expose him to fearful situations unnecessarily. Frankie loved going to Greg's -- even saying Greg's name around the house elicited ear perking and head tilting. Greg's dog, Theo, is a big lovebug and played well with Frankie, too. Greg is a dog lover of all sizes and will care for your fur baby like family. I never had to worry that my fur baby was going to miss his meals, his medication, or come home dirty or traumatized. If you are looking for a reliable and caring dog caregiver, I highly recommend Greg without any reservations.”
