About: I’ve had a dog in my household my entire life. I worked on a farm for two summers so I have a lot of experience with animal care. I’ve been a pet sitter in some capacity for roughly 8 years and I have experience with puppies, dogs of all ages, and dogs with anxiety and trauma issues. During high school I regularly took care of two dogs with anxiety and high energy. I did my senior year thesis project in high school on dog behavior, training and reactivity. As part of my project I got my dog and cat first aid certification from the Red Cross, which has since lapsed while I was getting my EMT license. Also as well as working for Rover for a couple summers, after high school I worked at a dog kennel for close to a year which saw up to about 40 dogs a day. Now I’m in college and looking to spend some time with dogs since we don’t have one of our own. I’ll take excellent care of your furry family members if given the opportunity! I work 3 days a week but am out of school for the summer so I have plenty of other time for walks and drop ins! As of right now I don’t offer any service in my home. For my other services, in Burlington we live in close proximity to a lot of little walks and hikes that I would love to take your pups on! Or just a little walk around the block if that’s what your pup prefers. For drop ins I follow any instructions clients leave for me, and do my best to make the pup feel cared for and loved!

“Cheyenne did a wonderful job house sitting our two pups! She was attentive and respectful of our home, took fabulous care of our dogs and had great communication. We will definitely be booking her again!”

“Nicole was amazing! Lots of pictures, I could tell that my dogs were being well taken care of. And they were in great spirits when I got home, which is the sign of them being very comfortable while I was gone!!”

“Sydney was great - very responsive and kind. She took care of my dog and my two cats. Looking forward to having her watch my animals again soon!”

“Kathleen is a great sitter who loves what she does. Organized, communicative, and most importantly, she connects with those she’s visiting. Loved all the photo updates, she has a way with the furry ones!”

“Caroline was a great house sitter for our dog Kenai! The house was in perfect shape when we returned and Kenai couldn't have been any better taken care of. Kenai is a 15 year old Husky with quite a few senior needs in his daily routine, she took care of them all without worry. Thank you Caroline!”

“Kate was amazing! Her communication and attention were invaluable. Atlas had such a good weekend and we could be away with the assurance that he was well taken care of. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11. I have experience with training (to an extent), walking, feeding, bathing and playing with them :) I’m currently a student and working part time. But I’m always missing my dog back home, I will have plenty of time set aside to play with your pups. I care for pets in my home/clients home by ensuring they are happy and healthy. I do this through play time, baths, feeding, and exercise.

About: My family fostered dogs from 2nd grade to my junior year of high school, and I was very involved in the training and care of said fosters. When fostering, we often had 2-3 of our own dogs in the household that I also helped take care of. We helped a large variety of dogs find new homes, from puppies to seniors, from sweethearts to hair-triggers. Every single dog that came to our home left healthier, happier, and much better trained. I’m currently working part-time with a very flexible schedule. During the week I’ll often be at work sometime between 2:30-5:30pm, and I will have occasional obligations on Wednesdays. Other than that, I work event security. These events are normally later at night, and I am not required to take any shifts offered. If I am pet/housesitting for you and a security shift conflicts with it somehow, I will be happy to drop the shift (or not take it in the first place, depending on the timing). I am well versed in what dogs can and cannot eat. I find it quite easy to tell when they need to go potty, but err on the side of caution anyways with frequent potty breaks. I will not be overzealous with treats or food, following whatever instructions are provided to me.

“Emma was a wonderful caregiver for our high energy German shepherd and indoor kitty. She communicated frequently and sent many cute photos. We just rebooked her services for our summer trip!”
