Rachel did an amazing job caring for our senior Great Dane, Brutus, while we were away. From the very beginning, she gave us peace of mind by providing multiple updates throughout her stay, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that she was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about Brutus' well-being. When we returned home, everything was exactly as we had left it, which speaks volumes about her professionalism and respect for our home. My wife and I were exceedingly pleased and impressed with how Meagan and Lee took care of everything we asked them to do. That included managing the various tasks for each of our two dogs. Especially an older one with a schedule of multiple times for meds and careful handling with him going into our backyard having a limp from an injured leg. Beside these things, they were so friendly and easy to communicate with and cooperative from the initial contact, the meet and greet, and the in person contact before we left. An extra appreciated feature is how much and well Meagan provided daily updates and photos and responded courteously without delay to my text messages. And above and beyond, they also cleaned up before they left that was a pleasant thing to return to. We absolutely would want to arrange for Meagan and Lee to be home sitters with our dogs again. Olivia was outstanding! She was everything her resume and past reviews said she was... and more! I have three dogs, 2 that are up in years and 1 that requires medication and monitoring daily. Olivia connected with them right away and she provided excellent care for all of them. She is dependable, reliable and professional,, all the things you look for when you are entrusting someone to care for the pets you love. I had a number of pet routines that she had she had to master to make my pups feel comfortable and she did great,,, she was the only change for them and they connected with her on the join up visit.
