Rachel did an amazing job caring for our senior Great Dane, Brutus, while we were away. From the very beginning, she gave us peace of mind by providing multiple updates throughout her stay, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that she was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about Brutus' well-being. When we returned home, everything was exactly as we had left it, which speaks volumes about her professionalism and respect for our home. Most importantly, Brutus was happy, comfortable, and very well cared for during our time away. We are incredibly grateful for the love and attention Rachel gave our old man, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. She has definitely earned a permanent spot on our list of trusted Rovers.
