Hey there! I started with petcare at the tender age of 15 at a pet store. From there, I got a degree in biology and animal behavior. Then I worked at an aquarium, fish farm, multiple doggie daycares, and multiple vets! I know what I like, and that's taking care of animals. I'd like to say I am good at it too!

In my home, my pets live like kings. This is their home too! They are allowed on the furniture. There are beds everywhere. I love planning mental enrichment games, and my pup will do anything for a carrot. My cats get daily enrichment as well! In your home? I will do my best to keep them comfortable. I wont move things, I dont go investigating unless I need to locate your pet. Im there for companionship as well as caretaking!

I was disappointed in the reports I received (and didn't receive!) while I was gone. Sitters I have used in the past have sent photos and status reports at least twice a day. Bethany sent 3 or 4 pictures, but all at the same time, and most of her status report was in response to my question vs providing it unasked. Plus, I received NO report or pictures one day....nothing until I contacted her the next morning. The final day she asked how long I wanted her to stay....she said nothing about Joey and sent no picture. I know this is a minor point, but there were a few dirty forks and spoons in the kitchen sink. Sitters in the past have always completely cleaned up.

Bethany took great care of my two, very shy cats and even got one of them to come out of hiding on the last day. She was also a good sport about cleaning up spots on carpet left behind by one of my cats with a sensitive stomach
My girls really really liked Bethany! I appreciated how detailed her notes and photos were while I was away. I had no worries and the girls were very well taken care of.
