About: I have multiple years experience working in a doggy daycare, kennel, and shelter environment. I don't have a dog of my own quite yet, but I am working towards obtaining a certification in dog training. I worked for 5 years at a kennel, and my work there ranged from being a part of the doggy daycare in the back to customer service up front. In my time there I have become fairly knowledgeable on dog behavior, body language, etc. I have been lucky enough to care for more dogs than I could ever count, with personalities to match! I do not care for pets in my own home, as my two cats are shy and take some time to adjust to new animals. But I dedicate myself to taking care of animals in their homes or if I have a dog out on a walk! About: I grew up with three black cats that I helped take care of with my mom and now I’m a mom to my own Torti. I also help out with my grandma’s dog from time to time. I’m a patient person who doesn’t mind letting a dog lick my face. My full time job is currently up in the air so I have all the time to come over and make sure your pet is doing great and help them with their needs. For my own cat I check her food, water, and litter daily and give her lots of cuddles. I make sure she has access to everything she needs. In my home I have litter boxes on the top and bottom floors with food and water on the main floor. I have plenty of toys and scratchers on every level. I can give baths too but am still saving up for some supplies needed to properly bathe long coated dogs (we’d have to do some sun bathing to get dry!) Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
