“I'm so glad to have found Jennifer! She was so wonderful with our sweet girl who can be really shy of new people. Jennifer knows dogs and she knew just how to ease our girl out of her shell and not force anything. Our girl had a blast and was so tuckered out when she got home. It means the world to be able to trust someone to watch your dog and have no doubt they are safe and happy when you're not around. Thank you!”

“Milendi is an absolute gem! She saved me from having to figure out how to sneak my baby into training. She responded quickly and accepted the request. She stayed in contact with me throughout the day. She is very friendly and Kash loved her. He jumped from the car to her arms immediately. I’m thankful for apps like Rover and great people like Milendi.”

“My shih tzu Molly enjoyed her day spent with Lyn and got to meet Lyn's two dogs and cats and even got along with the two cats which is good since I wasn't sure how Molly might do around cats.”

About: I love taking care of dogs. I work from home, so I’ll give your dog the 24/7 care they deserve. From training my dog since puppyhood to fostering senior dogs with health conditions, I understand that every dog is unique. I am puppy friendly because I still remember when I first got my dog and many sitters turned me down (to me, puppies are especially fun!) They say dogs are family, but I treat them more like royalty. I’d be honored to care for your best friend, and I’ll send you lots of photos (unless you tell me not to!). Trusting someone with your pup is a big deal, so I am always open to do a meet and greet. As an owner of a poodle, I bathe, brush, and blowdry our dog as needed, so I’m happy to give your dog the spa treatment (bath/dry/ear cleaning) if you’d like for an added fee. Have a particular feeding schedule? Can and will do! Want me to brush their hair after a hike? Sure! Need someone to administer pills? Happy to! Dog care is part of my daily life, and I’ll ensure that your pup is comfortable and cared for while you’re busy. I’ll treat your dog like my own and make sure they have fun! Above all, my priority is your pet’s safety and comfort. Dogs are always watched and monitored. I have a loving and energetic pup of my own, but in the case that your dog prefers to fly solo, I have space to separate dogs as needed.

About: I speak dog. I am a natural born doggie mom. Dogs like me and I like them. We just get each other. I can't imagine my life without being surrounded by dogs. Twenty years ago I started up a pet care company on a fluke, just for fun, and it took off like gangbusters and grew to be the second largest pet care company in that town. Then I sold it to a single mom who had been working with me when I moved out of the area. I have started businesses from scratch and grown them using processes, systems and technology to stay organized and professional. I limit the number of dogs I care for so that they all get individualized attention. I also make sure that any dogs that join the pack are screened to make sure they are healthy and friendly with all the other dogs so everyone gets along. I have a huge doggie apartment in my home for everyone to hang out in and a large fenced in yard for them to all play in. I work from home and love being surrouned by dogs. We provide constant supervision while your dog is visiting. Someone will always be with the pack except for brief breaks to run an errand of take a potty break. I work remotely from home as a business and career coach. So, I am home all day and I have a housemate who is my assistant pack pal to make sure everyone is happy, healthy and well taken care of during their entire visit with us. Dogs in our care are never left unattended for longer than a few minutes to an hour at most. Safety and socialization are our priorities. We have designated drop off and pick up times of 7:30 am - 9am drop offs and 4 - 6 pm pick ups. We provide a large clean, safe, comfortable indoor space for dogs to play, lounge, and get lots of tummy rubs. There is also a large covered patio area and fenced in yard for pups that like to play outside and get their zoomies on. We will feed dogs according to their routine and ownders' requests. We will give approved treats to visiting pack pals on owner's approval. We provide a balanced environment and routine for pups to play or rest and relax, and make friends to supervised socialization that empowers them and builds their confidence. We welcome new pack pals into our home as if they were one of our furry family members. We don't use crates of kennels. Everyone is treated like an honored guest and given space to roam and relax in a cozy home environment. I have a whole area of my home in the basement that is designated as the pack pals play pen with a huge fenced in yard for them to play in. We have a doggie door so they can go in and out as they please. The entire doggy den is supplied with lots of comfortable dog beds and a doggy couch for dogs to nap and sleep. We don't use crates of kennels, unless a doggy parent has crate trained their dog and prefers that we crate their dog at night to sleep. Dogs are given a nice balance of a safe, clean, and comfortable indoor space to play and sleep over, as well as a fenced in dog yard and covered patio for potty breaks and play time in the sunshine. We also subscribe to a pooper scooper service that comes mutliple times per week to keep the yard clean and healthy.

“Alexa was great! I was in town from out of state visiting family and needed someone to watch my dog for the one day of the trip while were at the Biltmore. My dog stayed with Alexa and her two pups and another dog who was there that day for the daytime visit. Alexa communicated well, was friendly at drop off and pickup, and sent several pictures. I also got to step inside her home at drop off and meet her and the other pups and see where my dog would be staying which I appreciated. My dog is very confident when in her normal routine and when in unfamiliar places with me, but can be timid when in unfamiliar places without me. My dog was timid at dropoff as I expected and I felt at ease trusting Alexa would take great care of her. At pickup, my dog was acting fully herself. Alexa cared for my dog well and it was a nice bonus that my dog had some other friendly pups to play with.”

“Finally found a great dog sitter in the area 😃 Richard is great with dogs. First time to book with him and our Lokee just chilled with his pack. He replies fast and easy to coordinate with the schedule. We will definitely book again.”

“April is such an incredible sitter! Our puppy Benny had an absolute blast at daycare! Dewey the pug and him got along so well! We are so grateful to have them as our first pet sitters!”

About: I've had dogs my whole life. Taking care of them comes naturally for me! I've never been afraid of dogs, no matter what type or how big they may be. I can judge a dog pretty well, I can tell when they're scared or aggressive and I can deal with that. I'm very caring and nurturing. I love caring for all different types. I'm the kind of person who will stop on the sidewalk and say hi to someone’s dog. I'm flexible during the week. I do not work weekends. I'll be able to walk the dog before I go into work and after as well if that is needed. I am able to give a dog medication if needed. I typically walk everyday and I work remote two days a week. I’m always doing some outdoor activity on the weekends so walking and taking care of your pet fits in perfectly! I have a very secure apartment complex with a dog park on site. I do not live on a main road. I also have a dog camera in my home!

“Nate was super warm and friendly!! He was very accommodating as well!! He has a nice large backyard with good trustworthy fencing!! His dog Bilbo is super friendly as well!! I would definitely use him again!!”

“Robert was very kind and took care of Maia while we were at Biltmore. He lives very close to the estate so it was very convenient. He was very transparent and professional and made sure it was the right fit. Maia is happy and we are grateful. Thank you, Robert!”

About: I've been blessed to be a dog mama to our sweet, playful and silly doodle mix Enzo since we rescued him from Brother Wolf as a puppy. Ever part of the family, I understand from experience how important our furry companions are to us. They bring joy, comfort, co-regulation and love and deserve nothing but the best in return. I've also had other dogs in my 20s and regularly sit for friends when they go on vacation, or have other events where they need care for their fur baby. Our house is full of laughter, play and love with a fenced in yard, walkable neighbourhood and close to Carrier Park and RAD. Enzo is a very gentle, sweet and playful dog who loves making new friends! If you'd prefer your dog is walked solo that is no problem or we can head out as a pack! We also have a son who is almost 1 so your dog will be used to children ideally if they visit our home to stay I work part time from home on a flexible schedule so I am very open with my time. My husband also is very flexible too so we're always around and spending time outdoors I have a fenced in yard and very friendly, sweet and playful dog to keep yours company! We do have an almost 1 year old son, so if you come to us then your dog will be OK with small children.

“Jackie was the perfect match for watching our mini Aussie while we explored the Biltmore. We chose Jackie due to no other pets / no children and she lives close to Biltmore. Her experience working with dogs was important also. Ivey has separation anxiety and Jackie’s calming voice helped her acclimate. Plus the wonderful view and deck was added plus for Ivey’s entertainment. Jackie is an excellent communicator. Highly recommend her!!!”

About: I've been a dog sitter and lover since my childhood. My neighbors love that I take care of their pets they say that I'm very patient and good at training puppies I'm working part-time in the mornings, but I have the afternoons free to share and take care of your pet, play or give him a lot of love Where I live there are many dog parks nearby where I can take them and I also have a Pomeranian baby who would love to play with your pet

“Jennifer and Jeremy came through for us in a pinch and were excellent! They sent us lots of pictures, their dogs are incredibly sweet, and all in all they made Joni feel like a part of the family!”

About: My husband and I are in our forties, no kids, but one sweet Maltese mix that we love to snuggle on the couch with and a bossy cat who gets along with dogs. We have a dog friendly home with a fenced backyard. We have had small dogs for 10 years and can administer pills and ointments. There is a park a block away that we go to every day to get in a good long walk on lunch. Our dog, Scout, loves other small dogs. We have discovered when we use Rover he doesn't even notice we're gone if we leave hime with someone else who has a dog for him to play with, and we enjoy doing that for other families. We look forward to hosting your pet! I work from home so I'm here all day to keep them company and let them out as well as having time to play and snuggle. I have a fenced yard and time for walks on my lunch break. I can crate if needed or administer medication. Pets are allowed on furniture and to make themselves at home.
