About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. I further pursue this knowledge by reading about how dogs communicate with us, and by observing and analyzing their behavior both in real life and online. This will be my primary commitment, so I can easily cater to your schedule to fit your pets needs. Mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever you need, except Thursdays :) I will take great care to follow your instructions and respect the rules of your home and needs of your animal(s). I cannot accept boarding in my own home at the moment.

About: I've had multiple dogs and cats my whole life and they have all been my best friends! We like to cuddle, go on walks and learn new skills. I'm no stranger to pets of all different personalities and know how to meet them where they are. I'm experienced in providing insulin to dogs and topical treatment to cats. I don't currently have pets of my own but have spent weeks looking after the cats and dogs of friends and family. I love those times that I'm able to bond with their fur babies and would love to get to know yours as well! I currently work remotely and can be available for boarding throughout the week and weekend. I'm available to hangout with your pets, take them on walks or bathroom breaks, feed times or personal enrichment, whatever they may need. I have a backyard that pets can run around in, it is fenced on one side only so they would need to have a long leash for safety. I don't have other pets so they wouldn't have any problems there! If coming to your home I'm happy to go by the rules that you set and the comfort levels that you have. I always find pets do best in their comfort zones anyway and I'm excited to meet them where they are!

He has some special medical needs and we were put at ease knowing that Autumn could administer his medication and meet him with patience and empathy. She provided detailed updates with photos throughout, and after just 1.5 days, our very shy boy had warmed up to her quite a bit. We had such a great experience with Sarah while we were away for 10 days. She took amazing care of our cats, handled all of their medications perfectly, and also took great care of our home. One of our cats even needed to go to the vet while we were away, and she handled everything without any issues and kept us updated with all of the information from the vet.
