About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. I further pursue this knowledge by reading about how dogs communicate with us, and by observing and analyzing their behavior both in real life and online. This will be my primary commitment, so I can easily cater to your schedule to fit your pets needs. Mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever you need, except Thursdays :) I will take great care to follow your instructions and respect the rules of your home and needs of your animal(s). He is a wicked smart, high energy dude who requires a lot of structure and attention to thrive, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I want your pet to feel calm and confident no matter where I'm caring for them. I'm always respectful of your pets routines and personality. Some pets are nonstop goofballs and some are shy and sleepy, so I give them as much space or play time as they'd like! With every service I provide, I would never make assumptions about your pet without your approval, from foods they can eat to places they can go. Trusting someone else with your pet is a big deal, and it can be nerve-wracking for your pet too! To ensure I'm a good fit for you and your pet, and in order to provide the best care possible, I will request a Meet and Greet before beginning service. She’s just really thoughtful and has such a calm, natural way with animals, you can tell right away she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares. Our dog is newer to the family so we don’t have all the answers to some of his quirks yet but she took it in stride. She sent lots of great updates and pictures that made me feel much better about our situation. She also took great care of the house and went above and beyond with some of the extra touches. We will definitely be booking with Samantha again if we can!
Had previously used Kaitlyn for a drop in for 3 little dogs who have pea sized bladders and require walks every 3 hours. They also don't always agree on routing which is to say they are not necessarily easy to walk. This time, she stayed at our home for 4 days. All went perfectly. Kaitlyn is meticulous about following directions give and is genuinely concerned about providing the same level of care that pups get from their owners. We give Kaitlyn 12 paws up and plan to use her often.
Therese did a fabulous job watching our pups. She was very responsible, and kept us updated during the whole trip. Most importantly, she was able to stay an extra night, when our flights were cancelled. It was a great relief knowing our dogs were being so well looked after.
Madison is magnificent! She was very patient with our needy deaf pup and took the time to learn his hand signals. She played ball, took him for walks, and cuddled on the couch. Our house was spotless when we returned. Madison was very accommodating to our schedule and quickly responded to our texts. We recommend her 100%.
Autumn and Addie were absolutely wonderful! They sent so many pictures and videos throughout my trip, and it was obvious how much they cared about Nellie and Chi. Seeing how happy, playful, and comfortable Nellie was made me feel so at ease while I was on vacation. I never had to worry because I knew they were in great hands. They went above and beyond, and I would absolutely book with them again. I can’t recommend them highly enough :)
Zoe was an absolutely wonderful pet sitter, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is thorough, detail-oriented, dependable, and incredibly trustworthy. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after and takes her responsibilities seriously. Keri was wonderful! It was my first time leaving my puppy for the whole day and so I was a little nervous about how she’d do but Keri sent updates and adorable pictures that put me at ease. I also appreciated her attentiveness when we were going over all of the details she’d need to know for the day.
Emma did a great job being flexible and taking care of our dog for a week! She allowed for a hybrid of boarding and sitting that worked well as our family grew by another human. She gave us daily updates of his adventures and romps around town and daily walks and activities.
