About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. I further pursue this knowledge by reading about how dogs communicate with us, and by observing and analyzing their behavior both in real life and online. This will be my primary commitment, so I can easily cater to your schedule to fit your pets needs. Mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever you need, except Thursdays :) I will take great care to follow your instructions and respect the rules of your home and needs of your animal(s). I cannot accept boarding in my own home at the moment.

About: I have had 3 dogs of my own! An Australian Cattle Dog Mix, a Basenji mix, and a working line large breed German Shepherd, which I helped train in obedience to be an SD. My dogs always had scheduled potty breaks and playtime. My job is to make sure your pet has the best time while keeping boundaries/respecting their space, ensuring their safety, and following your expectations of care. I am comfortable with any amount of shedding and the size of your pet. I can especially ease my interaction with pets that are scared and anxious, as through training my own dog, I am better at picking up the dog’s body language and only engage in physical contact if the pet’s body language consents. If you have an aggressive pet, please notify me beforehand. I do not guarantee I will agree to care for them, but I am interested in scheduling a first meeting if possible. Note: I do not drink/smoke, so your loved one will never be affected by second-hand smoke or inappropriate behavior. I am very available on the weekends and by the afternoon on weekdays. If you need morning care, please reach out and I will see if I can accommodate! My pets are routinely groomed and freshened. Everytime they come inside after heavy play, I clean their body from head to toe with pet friendly wipes. I use a brush that helps with shedding and smoothing out hair. Their teeth gets brushed every 2 weeks. I check their ears for dirt routinely and the inside of their paws for any injuries or cracking from dryness.

Geoff was fantastic with our dog while we were away on a two-week international vacation. Before our trip, he took the time to come to our home for a meet-and-greet, asked thoughtful questions, and made it clear that he wanted to keep her routine as normal and comfortable as possible. He arrived prepared and early on the day we left, which made our departure completely stress-free. We love receiving updates, and Geoff went above and beyond by sending multiple photos each day, along with detailed and entertaining updates about the great time they were having. Had previously used Kaitlyn for a drop in for 3 little dogs who have pea sized bladders and require walks every 3 hours. They also don't always agree on routing which is to say they are not necessarily easy to walk. This time, she stayed at our home for 4 days. All went perfectly. Kaitlyn is meticulous about following directions give and is genuinely concerned about providing the same level of care that pups get from their owners. We give Kaitlyn 12 paws up and plan to use her often.
Danielle is the best petsitter we have encountered. She is gentle, so responsible, and also seems to get our dog’s funny sense of humor. She’s communicative and very reliable. Our dog is a bit reactive, and Danielle brings both an expertise and a sweet patience to working with her. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
Zoe was an absolutely wonderful pet sitter, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is thorough, detail-oriented, dependable, and incredibly trustworthy. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after and takes her responsibilities seriously. She cared for our dog and two cats for five days, managing medications, meals, walks, playtime, and all of their daily routines with great attention to detail. Keri was wonderful! It was my first time leaving my puppy for the whole day and so I was a little nervous about how she’d do but Keri sent updates and adorable pictures that put me at ease. I also appreciated her attentiveness when we were going over all of the details she’d need to know for the day.
Emma did a great job being flexible and taking care of our dog for a week! She allowed for a hybrid of boarding and sitting that worked well as our family grew by another human. She gave us daily updates of his adventures and romps around town and daily walks and activities.
Jackie worked amazingly well with my Izzy cat. Izzy went immediately to Jackie upon meet & greet. I was very surprised since Izzy is usually shy or tends to swat new friends. Krisha house sat our 8 month old puppy for a weekend & did a great job. She gave regular updates, followed our typical schedule, and continued some of the training we had started doing.
