Availability
I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I only need a day’s notice to plan transportation. For house sitting, I’m happy to work from that home as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m comfortable with whatever your pet is used to. Fenced yards, leashed walks, and litter boxes are all fine by me. I’m also happy to help reinforce training and routine if needed.
Information Kaitlyn C. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know pets’ preferred snacks, games, and routines. If there are multiple pets, what’s their dynamic? Is there a toy or treat everyone loves?
A typical day
I want ensure pet is living the life it’s used to, whether that’s an exciting walk, ball time, or a ton of relaxing pets, I’m your girl.

Pet care experience
When I was 5, my first ever chore was feeding the dog because my parents knew it was what I cared about most. That hasn’t changed. I’ve had animals of some sort my entire life and currently have two larger dogs. I’ve used Rover as a pet owner since moving to Pittsburgh and can fully attest to how helpful it has been, which is why I decided to become a sitter I’ve sat for animals with needs for oral and topical medicines and am comfortable handling that.

Reviews
Kaitlyn took care of my aging cat Pumpernickel multiple times while my husband and I were away. She was excellent at following care instructions including administering medicine which we really appreciated. Pumpernickel absolutely loved Kaitlyn and would eagerly cuddle with her (which was a rare choice for her) and when Pumpernickel was hiding or being finicky about meds, Kaitlyn remembered her love of Smartfood popcorn (from a conversation we'd had months before) and used an open bag to lure her out of hiding. She really was a perfect pet sitter and we'd use her services again in a heartbeat, regardless of the type of animal.
Kaitlyn is one of the best people you could ask for in a rover. She is very responsible and organized, so from a logistics side she won't have any issues. She grew up around various dogs of all different shapes and sizes and has always taken great care of every dog entrusted with her, whether it be a 12 week old puppy or a 14 year old dog. She is more than capable of becoming a great rover and should be approved.
Kaitlyn has been a trusted dog sitter for my pups since the days we brought them home. She once watched our now 6 year old cocker spaniel mix when he was just 2 months old and paid immaculate attention to the extremely detailed “Know All” binder this once nervous dog mom left behind. She treats all dogs like they are her own and there is no one better to trust your precious fur babies with than Kaitlyn!
