Thomas was excellent and thorough in every capacity! He agreed to come stay with my 2 cats for 6 days/5 nights with short notice. During the meet and greet, he brought a tablet and took notes on all the info I told him. My cats seemed to love him (even my shy cat!) based on the daily updates he sent. When I got home I was pleasantly shocked by how clean my house was. Cannot recommend Thomas enough, I feel like I hit the Rover jackpot during this trip. It's always a little stressful leaving your pets (and house) in a stranger's hands for a week, but this could not have been a less stressful week. Thank you Thomas!
Thomas is one of the most dependable, kindhearted people I know. As an engineer, he’s incredibly responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy, but what really sets him apart is how much he genuinely loves animals. He recently lost his beloved dog, and anyone who knows him has seen how deeply he cared for and cherished that relationship. I would trust Thomas with my own pup without hesitation, knowing he would be safe, well cared for, and treated like family. Any pet owner would be lucky to have him caring for their furry friend.
